I sat in my car and ate my dinner next to my sons vehicle, which is not occupied because he had a problem that a friend took him to the hospital and called asking me to get his car before it got tolled and he had several thousands of dollars worth of tools in the back of that truck. I had my little doggie with me cause she loves her cheeseburgers as so did I. I parked my car under a big light as I always do and ate and transferred the dog to my sons car and drove it to my home and had a friend take me back to get my car which was gone. It had been towed in a matter of what hour and half. I go into McDonalds and ask if anyone knew where my vehicle went and the manager said no and told me they had nothing to do with it that across the street did it. I’m thinking how strange that Taco Bell is watching McDonalds parking lot of vehicles. So, I go ask Taco Bell and they said someone in McDonalds did it. So I go back into the place and ask again and I said I want to know where they took my car and the same lady said somewhere on Cane Run Road but assured me no one in that store called my vehicle to be towed. She had already lied twice now. So I called tpronlemhe tow in lot and they told me they just don’t tow that someone has to call and that someone would be the manager of McDonalds which is the same lady I had been talking too. So, after being lied to several times I am getting pretty aggravated by now. She told me of a sign posted and I found a red sign 4x8 that you couldn’t see must less read it and who would have thought this would happen in such a short time frame? I got the phone numbers off the sign and that was when I phoned and it was Cane Run Road indeed. So, from 10am to 5 pm I believe I can get my car out for $203.00 was the mans quote. I will never eat there again and the worst part of it is how that is side lady looked me on my face and lied not once but twice. That to me was worst then the $203.00 I am charged, but that’s okay. What goes around comes around. I hope she never has to help her son as I did mine and someone do her as she did me. Who would think that McDonalds wouldn’t help a neighbor who couldn’t drive two vehicles at once. My son couldn’t get air and was taken to the hospital to learn he has COPD AND HEART PROBLEM. Thank you for such a warm friendly visit there miss manager. Now I’ll spend the rest of my evening by my sons side and I’ll never eat there again and by all means enlarge the towing...
Read moreWent through the drive thru because I’ve had great experiences with this McDonald’s before. The app was down so I paid full price for my large Coke Zero which wasn’t that big of a deal. When they handed me my drink it was only filled to the line that McCafe Ice so it was missing a over an inch of drink, but I told the boy working the drive thru that I understood that it was filled by the machine. I figured I would take care of the issue by just going into the restaurant after drinking some of my drink to refill it (less than ten minutes from when I made my initial purchase) and as I walked in a lady (on her iPhone) behind the counter rudely said, “she can’t come in here and fill up her cup.” I explained that I had just ordered in the drive thru, it wasn’t all the way full and that I had been sitting in the parking lot drinking it. She proceeded to tell me that I would need to purchase another drink. I said I would be willing to pay a refill price once I already had a cup. She said I would have to pay for a brand new drink. She was talking to me all while she had a phone up to her ear (supposedly talking to her general manager, Dawn) and then just walked off, didn’t end the interaction, just walked off. I asked her for her name so I could inform the general manager when I called who I had interacted with. She told me she wouldn’t give me her name and then threatened the other employees to not tell me her name. I finally walked out without filling my cup. I’m not really sure what sparked such hatred for someone she had never met, but I hope she receives training on how to approach customers. She was very confrontational right away and her employees seemed to be scared of her as well. I’m hoping she isn’t always like this and was just...
Read moreI visited this McDonald's and had a bad experience! The manager Anita was not helpful, does not need to be in customer service and has a bad attitude. At the speaker I have requested that my fish by nuggets and my fries were fresh. That my drinks had no ice. I get to the pay window and there's two people there without a mask on less than 6 feet apart. Then when I get to the second window they don't know my order. Then the young lady states that is cold in that she's going to shut the window after taking my receipt to then fix my food. Before she handed me a bag of just fries in one drink she took her hand and wiped her nose gross. I can say but she was the only one with a mask on but not properly worn right on her face, she just had her mouth covered not her nose. So once she handed me the items I asked to speak to the manager she asked me to pull forward to the first spot. Some younger kid comes out to hand me the bag and he basically mashed my food down. My food you can tell was refied and not dropped fresh. When I told him what was missing the manager came out and handed me a drink with ice in it and said you got what you have and I'm not giving you anything else saying this while walking away from me. When I called to tell her was was missing and what happened she said well you better call corporate for any help that you need further than what she did not do. If you can't be a manager and take care of a simple problem at McDonald's then you are in the wrong business and speaking to people rude is not appreciated nor did I order it. All I wanted was...
