Update: This Burger King location used to be my go-to because the quality and efficiency were always consistent. You could show up 30 minutes before closing on a Tuesday and always count on quick service and hot food. Not anymore. On a recent visit before this one the quality wasn't good but I dismissed it as a one-off. But last night on Friday, February 7th around 7:30 PM, I had another less than optimal experience. I had to wait ages in the drive thru to get my food. BK was not busy whatsoever. Just myself and one car in front of me and we both had small orders. When I finally got up to the window I was met by the disdaining gaze of an employee who clearly didn't want to be there. A young black male, age 18-20 maybe. His assignment must have solely been working the window because I didn't see him walk away to do anything else while I was there. After waiting for several minutes he handed me my drink. I thanked him but he didn't reply. Not really a big deal. I waited several more minutes until my food finally came out. He handed me the bag and I thanked him once again. Again, no response. I looked up at him to find him gazing back at me with this unfriendly annoyed look on his face. I doubt it had anything to do with me personally because I was very polite so I'm really not sure what his problem was but it's unacceptable. Giving customers the silent treatment and mean mugging them like a pouty child is a far cry from quality customer service especially when your other coworkers can't even get a small order out in less than 15 minutes. I get that good help is hard to come by. These jobs don't pay much and times they can be stressful. I could understand his attitude and the long wait if the drive thru had been wrapped around the building. But I really don't appreciate the unfriendly attitude being directed at me for the crime of ordering a burger when you don't feel like being at work. If you hate your job that much go work someplace else. Management might want to schedule some retraining for him or maybe cut his hours if he can't handle the monumental stress of reaching his arm out the drive thru window with a small bag of food for a whopping total of two customers over the course of 15 minutes. As I was driving off I reached in the bag to taste the fries. Luke warm and soggy. I felt around the bag and nothing was hot. Not sure why my order took so long if they weren't making it fresh. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work. I'm gonna have to put this place on ice indefinitely until I see a reply from management that they are addressing these issues.

Read moreThis day of March 3/19 time 6:12 ⏲️now this is a burger King that I visit often I know 3 to 4 times a week, well my experience today was awful and distasteful, the other front counter guy with the Long hair wasn't there he's nice, but the big lady the Mexican lady and the guy I guess counting stock is the problem, why because I stood outside for a know 5mins knocking they heard me looked my way and turned there heads.... I stated I drive trucks and I come here to this store multiple times a weeks the big lady tells me we don't open our doors til 8a.m. I said ma'am that's not true because I come here same time during the week.... corporate needs to Reperman, then because I am a faithful customer. It makes no sense to work at a establishment. If you don't want to be there, you need to find someone else to work. Thank you corporate needs...

And let's not talk about the cleanliness at the dining room the floor was sticky and the chair feelt grease , this location is an a most need it health...
