Only time I would ever go to that McDonald's on newcut is for a coffee and ONLY in the morning time. The night time workers are always outside smoking and After 3 times on different times it was still same old song and dance which they will tell people they are in the middle of change. And it's not always the same time but they are always sending customers away and if You do get them to finally take your order you have waited in line for at least 10 to 15 mins. Before they even say anything which in my second attempt was Were not taking orders at this time . Third and last time they didn't even come on speaker to tell you they weren't taking orders until I drove to window and literally saw people in street clothes standing and one guy was sitting on counter while workers were just talking til I blew my horn then this worker came to window and was so high that she was slurring her words that they were in the middle of change out. Which is why If I even go there it's for only coffee and only in the morning. So I go to the one on Dixie if I do want something other than coffee . It's like a whole different place with actual workers that are not high on something. So if you are craving McDonald's You may want to drive the extra miles to not have to deal with the most unprofessional service and you don't feel like you may end up getting a chicken bone instead of chicken nuggets in your box....

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. My family and I were trying get ourselves dinner in the drive thru. There were three young children, myself, and my two parents. We ordered our food and proceeded to the front where we met the manager, Brandi. She was sloppily dressed (missing half of her uniform), and was angrily performing her job duties. She basically threw a couple bags of food at us and said "here you go", and shut the door. Knowing McDonalds, we checked our bags before we pulled away and we noticed that we were missing three meals that we ordered. We calmly asked the woman for the rest of our food. We even explained to her the specifics of each meal so she knew what to get. That's when all hell broke loose. The manager then began to yell "We only have three people here, I don't know what you want me to do!!!" (We just want our full order that we paid for.) Unprovoked, she then began LITERALLY cussing my stepmom out for asking for our food and she threatened us. An African American coworker asked her to calm down and stop yelling obscenities and threats because we had babies in the car. The manager then stripped herself of her work clothes and acted like she was going to come outside of the McDonalds and fight my family.
We will be returning to this place tomorrow to have this insanity dealt with.
DO NOT GO TO...
Read moreCouldn’t figure out how to add another review so I just added the experience from today 09/14/2021 to the one for December 2020.
Today (09/14/2021) me n my mother were speaking on the phone from her long night at work (it was around 7am) and she stopped at this McDonald’s to order a breakfast sandwich and a mocha. The lady sounded as though she was older. However, she was so rude. It was my mother’s first time getting a mocha and didn’t know what kind to get. She asked the lady what kind does McDonald’s have and the lady kept going back n forth with my mom stating “you tell me what you want and I’ll let you know if we have it”. What kind of customer service is that? My mother did not go through with the order due to this. And one of the employees let it be known that it was only 3 people working. The service is ALWAYS horrible here. Needs new management.
And we understand employment is hard and stressful due to Covid but McDonald’s is not the only restaurant understaffed. Everyone is trying their best. So treat people you want to be treated.
On Christmas Day 2020, there was only one person working. Management should have closed the restaurant down. The lady working deserves a raise and a BIG bonus. Management and corporate should feel ashamed of themselves. The drive thru is in the street. If you’re going to the be the only restaurant open make sure you have enough...
