I placed two orders, one scheduled for lunch time the other for dinner time. The app indicate both orders went through. After the requested delivery time passed and nothing delivered I called the store. I described the order and was told "I can't fill that order", I asked why I had not been informed and was told again the order could not be filled. I then asked about the later order and was they did not have that order and I should call the other stores downtown. I called the other stores who were clear they don't deliver to that area and they did not have the order. They suggested I ask to speak to the original store manager. When I called back the manager was the unhelpful person I spoke with originally. I then called the regional manager who said she would look into and call me back. I waited 40 minutes and called her back. I was told they don't see the order and maybe I placed it when they turned off their internet. I asked how I could get my money back and was told to screen shot the app order confirmation and send it to her, which I did. It is now many hours later with no response. I should have checked the reviews before ordering but assumed that all Papa Johns we're fine. Lesson learned, I won't trade with this branch again. I spent more than an hour or my day to loss $100, and then have to turn around and order food from somewhere else for the group, an hour after food...
Read moreStore manager was rude and racist. If I could give no star. I would never go back to this place ever again. I ordered online and I have my pizza tracker. The pizza was ready to pick up. The whole order was on the shelves. Told the manager the name to pick up, He look at us and pretend look through the shelves, saw my order but ignored it. He said he couldn't find the name on shelves eventhough I saw my order was sitting on the shelves. He went behind the counter and continued ignored us. We were standing there for 30 minutes and don't know what to do, the other people who came later,got thier order before us. So we had to say something like demanding for discount on pizza to get attention from manager who hated Asian face and white people. All our foods are cold. The large pepperoni pizza have 5 pepperoni on pizza, I am not kidding. The manager HATED Asian so much why don't he just put sign on the door for no service to any Asian. Your actions speak louder than words. Disgusting manner and unprofessional service. In my personal, I do not hate any race or color. We are the same human being. Lack of Empathy, kindness, negative thoughts made people turn to be like this one. I never go back to this Papa John location that near Omni hotel in Loiusville, KY.I would rather drive farther get different foods...
Read moreAfter a long drive from Kansas City and getting a room at hotel being late in the evening we spotted a Pappa Johns so we decided to get our dinner there. After arriving to the store we observed two young males making pizza in their kitchen. After about five minutes or so one of the young men hauled to a third gentleman sitting in the back of store making him aware that there were customers(us) in the front awaiting for service. This gentleman obviously the person in charge walked up to us but not to care for us but to stop first by the phone on the wall. Finally asking my teammate what what we needed and not in a professional or polite way, my teammate communicate to him we needed to order and carry out a pizza. I kidd you not, this man almost lost it, immediately walked away with making eye contact without any respect and in a very unprofessional conduct loudly told us ( not asking) that we have to place the order on and worse he. My teammate in shock and me in disbelief of what just happened. Well! Welcome to Louisville! That gentleman is in the wrong line of work, he belongs in a zoo. On top of the price for the pizza this crew lost...
