I was in parlour pizza on Saturday afternoon 9/14 and I came in and a lady named Eliza took placed my order and everything was fine until I asked her for a small thing of banana peppers and she said “ they are $3” and then I stated to her that I was just in there 2 nights prior and the bartender gave me a small cup for free and her response was “ nobody should be giving you anything for free”! I was shocked because I was very polite and she was very nasty to me & this whole while I believe she was training another employee. I just said “ I’ll ask someone else” and I went back out to my car to wait for my food. 15 minutes later I come back in to sit and the bar to see if my food was ready & while I’m waiting I see Eliza run to the back and tell another waitress that I was trying to get free banana peppers & at this point I had said nothing to anyone. Not even knowing that they had already bought out my food and had it up front so instead of giving me my food she ran and tried to get me from getting some peppers so my food was just sitting there unbeknownst to me. While sitting there still thinking my food isn’t ready another waitress comes up to me (Chelsea) and says I’m pretty sure you already know what she said to me (Eliza) she stated don’t worry about her I’ll get you some peppers and then she went on to ask me what was my order I told her and she went to the kitchen to get it but Eliza was too busy being nasty she didn’t even tell her that she had my food but Chelsea went to her host stand and found my food and bought it to me. She then offered me a drink which was very sweet of her and she went and got the manager (Reese) and told him how Eliza treated me and he was so nice he offered me a gift card because I’m always eating there and bringing my friends. I love parlour pizza and Chelsea and Reese are great people if it wasn’t for them I would’ve never came back to that establishment. No one deserves to get treated or talked...
Read moreThis was written in Dec.2024 update. Nothing has changed salad. Still, skimpy ranch is still good today is 3/20/25 I have pix this should be $6-8 bucks max!
I really really miss green district should have taken a picture of the salad yall would have cracked up at that kids meal ass salad, but I just got off of work so I'm really just trying to get food and go home and get ready for the next day, especially before a holiday there's just so much to do.
what is so crazy about this particular location is the salad varies in size depending on who's making them, I ordered a full peppercorn ranch salad which is $14 and some change and this is including extra Ranch, and I get what is equivalent to a half of a salad.
the manager refuses to put more lettuce in the box so instead of just accommodating the customer now they're wasting food, they could really just take a page out of the J-Town location, stop trying get over on the customer, you're already overcharging for a salad why would you even attempt to give me something so little the salad was hella disrespectful.
they tried to fill up the box with four cups of ranch dressing it was more dressing in the box than salad it makes no sense, and the lady says that the manager made it themselves shame on you manager!!!
you did a poor job of making a salad maybe you should let the people who make food make the salads and maybe I would get a decent portion of a full salad, and not a skimpy half-ass salad that you attempted to give to me, I wish I would spend $14+ on some l like that, and I could go literally around the corner and get a large pizza or go around another corner and get a full 12in sub.
times are already hard out here and I was already second guessing it i shouldve went with my instinct, I already wasted my time, I wish I would waste my money just to turn around and be hungry again shame on you...
Read moreWhen going out for pizza, what do I get? That's right, a salad with chicken. The salad and chicken were quite tasty, however, and everything green tasted really fresh, especially for a pizza place. I was happy and satisfied with my salad. The chicken was passable and seasoned fine enough, although a little on the dry side. I feel like the chicken should have been warmed instead of served cold on the salad. The dressing was very thick and very sweet, and I was glad I got it on the side.
My kid got a kid sized pizza and a side of garlic sticks with garlic butter sauce. Holy moly were the garlic sticks delicious, especially with the garlic butter sauce. They were the highlight of the night for me, as I had to help my kid finish the meal. I also ate a few slices of my kid's plain pizza. They were just fine, nothing to write home about. But I did enjoy them enough to eat 3 slices. I just wouldn't get it on my own. The dough was just fine, the cheese and sauce slipped off too easily, the cheese was bland, and the sauce didn't taste all that great. Since this is a pizza place primarily, I give 4 stars for the food because of the pizza itself.
The beer selection is incredible! There are just so many beers on tap to choose from. Both my wife and I are picky about beers we like and Parlour satisfied our desires. Wheat for my wife, dark stout for me and we were very happy.
Atmosphere-wise, everything is just fine. Industrial feel to the inside without too much character. We spent most of our time staring at the random fail-style videos on the TV above the bar rather than admiring the decor. It's a place to go to eat, watch sports, and get out.
Overall, Parlour is pretty good! I'd get the salad here again, even with the cold chicken. I would definitely help anyone eat garlic bread here. But as for pizza, I would pass on...
