I would give a zero star if I could.
Management needs to see this: this place was ill equipped with employees and supplies. People would line up and give up and leave because it would take too long to order and/or get their food because of short staffing.
The food itself was incredibly lackluster. And imho not worth the money.
I’m a vegetarian and there were no vegetarian options as an alternative to meats. As I understand that most people eat meat this may not be a big deal however, I was given “breakfast tacos” with a couple avocado slices and a small portion of cafeteria-like eggs on a flour tortilla. The portions were tiny compared to not only the picture but also to my partner’s order of a salad. They ran out of potatos apparently and that was another reason it looked so small but as soon as I brought this to the attention of the employee, she turned away and didn’t offer a solution such as more egg or more avocado or a discount. I get they were busy and slammed but there was no communication of this before ordering or even after I was given my food.
I’m also a lover of tacos and prefer corn. They were not corn and I was not asked if I’m okay with flour (some people have allergies) so I’d say another thing to think about when training employees.
The wait was almost an hour and I was extremely disappointed in the food, the service (which I tipped 25% ahead of getting my food), and how this place was managed.
Overall: don’t waste your time or money on something you could easily make yourself or go to Taco Bell, you’ll be much happier with...
Read moreI come to this place faithfully and recommend it to everyone when they’re looking for great breakfast options. The atmosphere has always been a vibe and I’ve never had to wait long no matter how packed it’s been but today I had the most worst experience ever. I got right in for breakfast and service was quick fast and we got seated immediately Food came out and was great And the place started getting packed, but it always stays packed so that’s never an issue. My daughter went and i to the bathroom after getting our meal We may have had it no more than 10 minutes with more than half of the food left we left our jackets at our table and From being gone for only a few minutes we returned to an empty table. They threw away all of our food, thinking that we left when we only went to the bathroom. I felt rushed And they were immediately going to give our table away to someone who was waiting and we didn’t spend no more than 2 minutes in the bathroom. Since I’ve never had any issues with this place, I said it was fine and decided to leave But I will not return if you all are in such a rush to seat people that you’re willing to throw away peoples evident half eaten food that they just got to serve others this isn’t the place for us to return to ever so I’ll take my services to another location who’s not so desperate for...
Read moreWe’ve been here several times but today’s experience was disappointing and started before we even sat down. The lady who seated us who had on glasses and a bandana made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was very rude from the start when we entered the restaurant. We asked her if it was possible to sit at a certain table that was available but she completely disregarded what we asked her and instead sat us at a super squished table. We asked one of the servers if we could move to the other table we originally asked for and they were very understanding and said that was completely fine. After we moved tables, the rude lady came over and told us we couldn’t sit there because the highchair couldn’t be in the way even though all she had to do was move a chair like she did with the original table she gave us. She discouraged us from sitting by asking as to figure out a place for the extra chair. Needless to say, she obviously knew we were in the right but instead rolled her eyes and walked away to talk in Spanish to her coworker about us but little did she know, we’re native Spanish speakers. We felt very uncomfortable watching her gossip right in front of us, we lost our appetite and left. We work in the restaurant industry and we can’t imagine giving a family this...
