Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

This was my first time. I believe his name was Jess. He was amazing. Jess was in the store all by himself he was knocking out at least 2 orders at a time. The people before me had a nice size order that was 2 lg stuffed pizza and a few other things. I had questions due to this being my first time going to Papa Murphy's. Mr. Jess was so nice and helpful. I even ordered the wrong pizza. Mr. Jess fixed it with no problem. I was in and out in about 20 min. Who could ask for a better service? I literally just left Aug 12th @ 6:48 and NOT ONLY did the long hair guy have a problem changing his gloves after going from making pizza to pushing things on the computer screen ( helping a co worker )to grabbing a paper and pen to write 😒 Told me to remind him when he gets to my pizza and he will change his gloves and goes right back to making pizza( as if the gloves didn’t Contaminate all the other ingredients because he never changed his gloves) after waiting 45 mins I received the wrong pizza. I’m VERY DISSATISFIED...

The Pizza is great and very fast at making your order as a walk in. I wish the paper bottoms they use for baking were a little sturdier they have. I am always afraid to fold the pizza in half while on a carry out. Not good for those with butter fingers.

The phone number listed on the webpage doesn’t work. But it’s nice to walk in and see what they do as they craft your pizza. Staff is very friendly and personable. I recommend this pizza to anyone. Great for meetings and parties if you have an oven. My favorite is...
