Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Louisville

I stopped in to pick up my coworker’s order for lunch. It wouldn’t let her choose a lemonade with her order online for her drink, so she put it in as a regular drink. I asked in the store if I could upgrade the drink to a lemonade, and the lady (who I found out is the manager) said this wasn’t possible. So I asked if I could somehow refund the soda and purchase a lemonade, which she refused to do. She was extremely rude and had very poor customer service skills. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to deal with this, so I left and tried to call the store, which nobody answered. So I visited the store after work to ask for the owner’s phone number, and the manager refused to give it to me, claiming the owner would tell me the same thing she did. So I told her I wanna hear it from the owner for myself, and she asked me to leave the store and said she was calling the police if I didn’t leave. As I was leaving, she yelled back to someone in the kitchen, and I have reason to believe that she called the police on me. I will be telling as many people as I can to NOT eat at this Penn Station. You’d expect MUCH better service from a manager, or at least some sort of effort to resolve the issue, but she didn’t care and was...

Had a real bad experience. Second time. I ordered a 12 inch dagwood with everything on it also with bacon. Small fry and a large lemon aid also a chocolate chip cookie. Got home no meat on my sandwich. Called told them what happened. The manager yelled at me. So I went up there she was very rude to me. I told her I didn't like the way she talked to me on the phone she got smart with me. I told her I wanted my money back. She replied that I can't get a refund. I can get it on a gift card. I told her to put it back on my debt. It's been three weeks no refund. I called up there she said somebody suppose to call me the next day. No response. So I went back. They told me she be in 5 minutes. I waited. So with a 30 minutes wait. They person told me she called said make me a sandwich. I said do I get my fries I ordered also. He said no. I told him I wait. Now I waited an hour. So walked up to him ask him how long she's going to be. He said she had a family emergency. He could told me that. Instead he had me seating there. I still don't have my money put back on my card. I'm not happy about this. They young lady who took my order apologize. The manager didnt. Please let me know how you can fix this problem. Place was filthy ONLY 3 Teens Working and all looked like unmade beds without anything covering their hair which they all had ALOT OF, I ordered a reg Philly and cheese light onion add mayo a regular chicken parm med fry and 2 soft drinks $33, The fries were soggy under cooked ,The steak had no mayo and so much seasoning on it when I took a bite I coughed and choked immediately asked to be remade of all the times I've ate at other locations it NEVER HAD SPICES OR TASTED AWFUL after standing there 15 minutes someone finally came upfront because all were in the back, I began to explain asking for it to be remade they stared at me dumbfounded snatched the sandwich and made it the same way even tho I asked for none of whatever spice they put on it. I gave up and threw it away. I've been to several locations this is one That I WILL NEVER RETURN TO! Poor Service Dirty dining area and awful food
