Ordered a pizza for delivery about 2 hours before closing and it never showed up. I have two cameras that watch my front door and no one came. Tried calling the restaurant 15 min before they closed but it went to an automated message saying they were closed. The next morning my app still said the pizza was on the way with the estimated delivery still showing the night before. Contacted support who said that the location would be in contact within 3 business days but never contacted me. Contacted support again and havenā€™t heard back.

Update: Still havenā€™t gotten contacted by this location and Pizza Hut support has ignored meā€¦ looks like Iā€™m not getting my $40 back and like I wonā€™t be ordering Pizza Hut anymore. Shame, used to do pizza most fridays, but not from Pizza...

Got robbed nearly $40 back in May, same as the other reviewer.

This location never answers their phone, which I learned is a must if you're going to order from them; if you want to order, CALL FIRST and speak to a human, otherwise your order will not show up and you lose the money. Pizza Hut support and the store manager...

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. They have a call center (as all do) but when asked to be transfered, they transfer me to the store and I get a busy tone and no one picks up. They use doordash to deliver their pizzas.. we have had the worst experience with doordash delivering the pizzas. Cold pizza, wrong order. Can't even get ahold of the store. Its become a joke trying to order pizza. Im trying to cancel my...
