Every time I order from here, there is something always missing. When you walk in, it usually takes about 20 minutes or more to get your food. The lobby is always filthy. Usually I get my daughter the chicken bite box with the fries. The male manager that works at night, gave me the option of getting the fries loaded and told his cashier how to ring it up. I have since then order this chicken bite box several times with the loaded fries. Tonight, I ordered the usual for my daughter and told the cashier what the previous manager had done. Instead of him finding out how to ring up the loaded fries, he just didn't charge me for the loaded fries but instead passed along a message to, I'm assuming the manager that worked this evening. After receiving my order, I found that I was missing my fry lovers fries. I went back and told the guy my fries were not in my bag. The manager this evening then starts getting loud saying that I did not pay for the loaded fries and that next time I will just have to pay for a chicken bite combo with regular fries, and I would have to buy the loaded fries separately and it doesn't matter who is the manager on charge. I am beyond disgusted.... Words of advice, do not go to the Rally's on New Cut unless the male manager is there. He's the only one that seems to know what...
   Read moreNormally this place is great. Food is fresh and customer service is good. However , I stopped by the other night and the lady who took our order was rude and also got the order wrong. We addressed the wrong order at the window and we corrected it by paying for a shake she did not put on the order. Might I add she was extremely rude during this process as well. I drove down the road and about two minutes later my daughter says, "It's the wrong shake! She gave me vanilla instead of chocolate." So I turned around and went back and spoke to whom I thought was the manager and turned out to be just a crew member. I then asked for a manager . The manager was named "Ronnie" . Ronnie asked what the issue was and I explained the issue. Ronnie explained people make mistakes. I am totally understanding of that. However, it was two mistakes and the secondary mistake seemed to happen because the girl didn't care enough to even correct the first mistake. I am saddened by her lack of customer service and the way the complaint was even addressed. You guys got to do better then this . We like this establishment and want to continue to frequent it as well but if we are going to be greeted with this poor behaviour...
   Read moreGood: Food is always fresh. Sometimes after 10pm it isn't fresh out the fryer, but it is still hot and tasty. Drinks are massive and they aren't stingy with their soda vs ice ratio. A medium is like 32oz, and a large is easily 44oz. They also have good value options, which is what I usually go with. My normal order is always 2 for $5.50 and a strawberry vanilla swirl cup for $0.99. For less than $10 I eat good and am full. Also I gotta say I've only had a order missing items or mixed up 2 times In the last 2 years, so they're doing good in that department.
Bad: Only downside really is a few of the employees I have delt with on repeat occasions tend to have a bad attitude, and often ignore you when you greet them or thank them for your meal. I've had one lady slam the window in my face after I said "Thank you, have a great night!" They also seem to have a high turnover rate with employees, even for a fast food joint so maybe the franchise owners or management is to blame for poor work attitudes and high turnover.
