I have ordered from this location many times without issue. But, one bad experience has made me not want to use this location ever again! I ordered 3 pizzas for $10 Tuesday 6/06. The order went in at 6:11pm. When I arrived at 6:38pm to pick them up they weren't on the rack as they usually are. When I inquired about my order the cashier said they were really behind. He found my order in the stack of recipes on the counter and said they would have to make them. I said ok. That's when I noticed only one person making the pizza. Three people in back wandering around and the cashier turning customers away stating that "we aren't taking anymore order tonight ". After watching the person making pizza taking two minutes to put pepperoni (just pepperoni) one one pizza. I decided to cancel my order. When I told the cashier I wanted to cancel my order he acted like he didn't understand what I said. And when I asked for a receipt for the refund he stated "but it was done online". After arguing for a minute I asked him to due the refund I'll wait. Needless to said I didn't get a refund receipt and haven't seen a refund...
Read moreAtmosphere rated low because this is not a restaurant. Take out only. Salads and sodas are ready to eat, however the lack of tables and chairs would make that a moot point. The main thrust here is to sell you a pizza pie made from fresh-daily dough, with toppings that suit you. The pizzas are not cooked. You must bake the pizzas in your own oven. Certain combinations such as cheese or pepperoni are ready already to grab and go (especially during dinner hour) I personally like the pizza because i l8ke their crust. Very middle ground, nothing avant-garde. The tomato sauce is medium-sweet. The toppings all seem top quality... The meats tasty. No soysage here. Ever-changing high-schoolish staff. Ample free parking, wheelchair accessible entrance ( sidewalk ramp on the East side) Get there before 9pm and the service is likely to be chipper and earnest. Since the food is not served hot and ready to eat, you can use SNAP. (Food Stamps...
Read moreNope. I’ve given this location 4 tries now over the last 2 years and for some reason they haven’t improved one bit. Pizza is always undersized, they skimp on the toppings, hardly any cheese, and they manage to screw up simple orders. Im talking basic menu items, 3-4 topping pizzas. Tonight we received a medium size stuffed Chicago on a large pizza tray- we ordered a large. I even pulled out the tape measurer (yep, 12” on the dot instead of 14”.) On top of that, they gave us medium sized pizza worth of toppings and cheese on a large original crust pizza. I had to add my own cheese at home. I’ve been a loyal customer to Papa Murphy’s for close to 20 years, throughout multiple states and cities. This particular location is hands down the...
