Went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 kids meal. 1 car ahead of me was already waiting at the window to receive food before I ordered mine. Waited 20 mins for the first car to get their food (don't know how long they waited total) waited over 30 mins for my food in that time 2 cars who ordered behind me had ordered, waited as long as they could, and left before being able to receive their food. When I did receive my order it was incorrect they had not given all the items I ordered and paid for. Immediately after checking the order not moving in line had told the person working they did not give us everything and they argued they had put it all in the bag and said I ordered something different. The receipt reflected what I had ordered correctly and gave him the whole bag to show me where the items he claimed were and he realized he was wrong and never put them in the bag. Gave us the correct items and that was it. Would not reccomend going to this Subway for this kind of treatment. After getting home (see photo) to eat I got a mouth full of bread, one of the worst subway sandwiches I've ever had extreamly disappointed in this subway for my whole experience from the food to the service and never offering to...
Read moreI normally don't complain or write reviews, but after the way I was treated, I feel it is necessary for everyone to know. This is the 3rd time my order was messed up at this location. I will NOT be returning especially after being treated the way I was.
Extremely poor customer service, slow, and the managers are a joke! I went through drive thru and ordered a deluxe salad. I got all the way to work to find out my salad was made as a classic with NO dressing on it. I called and requested to speak with a manager. The manager gets on the phone and I start to explain what was wrong (nicely) and in the middle of my sentence she interrupts me and says "Ma'am I'm going go have to call you back. My hiring manager is telling at me." And hangs up. At this point, I'm infuriated because of the way I was treated and the fact that a MANAGER hung up on a customer without getting a name nor phone number. Read moreThe worst subway I have ever visited. The drive up window is apparently not for customer use. The one person working opened the window and said what?? I told her that I was there to pick up my order. She said very rudely that I had to come inside and she slammed the window. I parked. I got out of my car and some young homeless looking kid asked me if I was there for delivery. I said no. I'm here to pick up my order but I guess I can't use the window. She was very rude. He followed me inside and kept talking to me. I turned around and told him that I had not started any conversation with him. I was only there to pick up the order.
