I had the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life at this Firehouse Subs location. We placed our order, only to be told afterward that they were out of the items we wanted. Despite this, they still charged us the full $33 for our meals! They offered to let us choose something else, but then the replacement items we picked weren’t available either. We ended up with completely different meals that were worth far less than what we paid, and they offered zero compensation or apology for the inconvenience.
