I’ve eaten from this Qdoba before and usually the food taste pretty good and fresh. Today unfortunately this was not the case. I ordered for delivery, so it’s understandable why my food wouldn’t be as fresh as it is just dining in or picking it up quickly. However, that is not an excuse for the food to taste off and not fresh. The chicken I had was very burnt and the guacamole I was given was old. I’m not trying to be a Karen, but I was pretty disappointed since this costed me quite a bit just for the quesadilla and a couple other things.

If you're a Qdoba regular, you pretty much know what to expect. Compared to "normal Qdoba", my bowl was small (wife gave me some of hers so I didn't leave hungry), and we both agreed that the brown rice was undercooked (was somewhat crunchy). It was my first, and last, time trying Citrus Lime Shrimp. No problem; I am a fan of all the other Qdoba animal proteins. A final irritant was an invitation to take a survey that apparently only works on iPhones (see photo).

Workers were friendly but I think I ended up w 2 of the 6 toppings I asked for. (I was looking at board reading and before I knew it, it was rolled up. Can deal w that but it was the smallest Qdoba burrito ever. For over $10 you’d think you could make it a decent size. Qdobas are so hit or miss. Half the size of the Loveland store. I won’t be back to this one.

I'VE BEEN CONSISTENTLY GOING TO THIS LOCATION, FOR YEARS. EVER SINCE DOUG JOHNSON LEFT AS MANAGER, THIS LOCATION HAS GONE COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. LARGE TURNOVER, FOOD IS HIT OR MISS, CARELESS EMPLOYEES, UNSANITARY CONDITIONS, NO EFFICIENCY, AND USUALLY UNPREPARED. UNFORTUNATE. RECENT UPDATE I gave this location another chance, hoping all the negative reviews of late would cause a change with how they do business. 9:30 am, go to get a breakfast burrito, and they don't have any eggs, not that eggs weren't prepared, they simply did not have any eggs in the place to make. Then a few days later, giving them another shot, and they can't even label their sauces correctly, causing everything they put in the burrito to be wrong. Unfortunately this location is within walking distance from where I work, but I'll happily drive 15 min to another location. There is NOT ONE EMPLOYEE at this location that knows what they are doing, not one thing has changed since the last negative review, and unfortunately they are losing A TON of business. I've told everyone I know, not to go to that location, but I doubt anyone at the crossroads...

The person who rolled my husbands burrito acted like they’d never seen a burrito in their life. They folded the ends completely into the middle and proceeded to roll his burrito like a filled pastry pinwheel (You shouldn’t be able to unroll your burrito like a hose) and like 1/4 of food fell out the bottom and she just pushed it off onto the floor and I honestly didn’t say anything because I was not sure what I was even watching. Then we got home and my nachos tasted basically like the only thing they’d added salt to was the chips and the chips were COVERED in salt. Not to mention the shredded pork which tasted old was about half fat which is not great to bite into when you are eating nachos. Overall, the reason we go to Qdoba is because we always know what to expect and it’s consistently good. I’m not sure if they use different recipes or ingredients than other locations but don’t waste your money at this location...drive an extra couple miles and to to the one...

Ordered online for pickup. This is the second time that I’ve ordered online, showed up and nobody knew where my order was. I’m assuming they have their machines turned off because every time I mobile order for pickup the order gets canceled, usually about 5-10 min before pickup.

When I asked employees for help they were unhelpful and rude. I decided to get in line and order the old fashioned way and was met by even more rude employees.

The line was an absolute mess, cheese, sour cream and queso everywhere. As the employee was making the order behind me, queso fell on my burrito as they were adding it to the other order. I do not eat dairy so this was a bit frustrating. I requested verde sauce but noticed there was jalapeño cream in the same container that had dropped in when they were making other orders. I mentioned this politely as possible to the employee, but was met with a “Really?” And an eye roll. I will not be going back to this...
