I really wanted to like this place. I LOVE shawarma so was stoked to hear of a newish place here in Loveland. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind, but service was quite slow. My family had both the beef and chicken wraps with fries. We saw the two big roasting spits right away so were excited, but the meat wasn't shaved from these, it was taken from a container on the grill that had just been sitting there and reheated on the grill. The beef was super dry and chewy and I found 3-4 big pieces of inedible gristle. I was disappointed that the "wrap" was just a big tortilla. For shawarma, it's expected to use a soft pita, so this was an underwhelming substitution. The chicken was better, but still lacked the flavor you expect when ordering shawarma. We got all the veggies and multiple sauces, but everything still tasted bland. The fries also were not homemade, but tasted like frozen fries similar to Burger King. For the price point, we were expecting more fresh and scratch-made ingredients. I hope this restaurant lasts and improves, as Loveland needs a place like this, but they need to up their game on their...

I think the staff at this so called revolution should be arrested for assault. I've never seen a staff strangle another human being's dream with such mediocrity and outright sloth than my now last visit to this establishment. I take responsibility for ordering rice as my side item, I could have asked if they really intended to serve me plain white rice with no option to season it or ply it with condiments. I will not take the blame for the 18 minutes it took the staff to assemble the most mediocre gyro of my life, how the elder of the staff duo only seemed to be concerned with what was on Tik Tok, and how the only tables in the joint really only offer a view of the establishment's restroom. I've only had a 1 in 3 chance to order them item that I wanted in my previous visits, and that would leave me to believe that they are enjoying some level of success. However, the lack of relish with which the staff plods along with says otherwise. I hope their dabbling into the wild world of cactus husbandry continues to supplement their income. Godspeed, and I will pray that the old gods forgive their stewardship of gyros in...

I have never actually given a one star review, but here goes. This is a one star review because there were too many mistakes to even pretend it was a good meal. We ordered mixed meat and got only chicken. The menu reads “meat, veggies and sauce with 2 sides”, salad being an option for a side. We ordered salad and fries but I guess the “veggies” and “salad” are the same thing because that’s all we got. But there was not dressing for the “salad” so maybe it was “veggies” and we didn’t receive the salads. The fries were served on top of more lettuce which of course made them immediately soggy even though I think they were fried fresh. The falafel was undercooked, like almost raw. It was wet and cold inside. The proportions were way off. There was maybe 4-6 oz of meat but the whole togo container was filled with soggy fries and salad. I mean veggies. So after just a few bites we basically had a soggy french fry salad with no dressing. Never mind that we spent almost $50 on basically 2 meals. Very disappointing. We were so excited and really wanted to like this place but it just...

The ladies here do a phenomenal job. Good service and generous portions. Been going here almost every day because of it. The dude with the baseball cap and tattoos does not. Spent 5 minutes in the lobby waiting for him to get off his phone and acknowledge my existence. No greeting or anything thought he was a customer honestly. He then begins to ask what I want. I ask about the Thursday gyro special. Gyro with fries and a drink. Okay that sounds good. He rings me up and it's the same price as a gyro combo. I question this and ask if they do the combo every day. They do. Why advertise this as a Thursday special? Dude then proceeds to start making my gyro and just assumes what I want on it. I correct him and say I don't want that sauce. He puts it on anyway I guess being too lazy to make a new one. After I pay on the way out he immediately goes straight back to his phone. Must be pretty important to blatantly disregard your job. I get home and my gyro has less than half the meat it usually does. Waste of $15. Won't be coming back while he's working again.

My friend wanted some Mediterranean food after our hike so we looked on Google to see what we could find. This was the only choice and the fact that the photo we first saw was the Gyro meat on the skewer, we definitely were going to try it. I got the plate with choice of meat and two sides. Of course I was going to get the Gyro and I had the salad and fries as my two sides. Meat was well flavored, salad (I got all the toppings) which was delicious and the fries were crispy, the way they should be. I had the garlic and sweet chili as my sauces per the recommendation of the staff preparing my food which was tasty. Everything was so good and tasty that's I didn't want to stop eating my dish. Also, I appreciated the food handling protocols of wearing gloves and a cap ( I only say this because I have managed staff where's this was a factor). HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I would definitely eat here again when in the Loveland area.

(Edited to share the owner’s response- which is apparently hidden from public view) Closed today (sign said MAINTENANCE- NOT for Memorial Day). Bummed as we wanted to try it. There was no hours updated on Google, just a paper sign on the door. EDIT: went back 2 days later on my lunch break at 11:30 thinking I’d beat the lunch rush. I was told by the guy at the front as I walked in that there was a $400 order and it would be 20 min before they would take my order. My order was 1 gyro plate. They would not accommodate and restated it would be 20 min before one of the 3 workers would take my order. I had to get back to school and could not wait that long. We love to support small business but super bummed about this lack of customer service. I get it, $400 is a big order. But turning away other potential customers could also really cost. Figure out how to balance customer service with catering services, or choose!
