EDIT: Do not go here if you are of any ethnic background. I ran an experiment with this place. Showed up with some military buddies of mine. Very loud, white males and a pretty white female. The bouncer that had previously been a pain in the neck, was now the nicest person ever. Servers who had previously been super strict about drinks, are now taking shots with my white buddies. Went another day with two Hispanic buddies and holy cow. What a difference. I’m not sure if ownership cares. They only reply to comments that seem to directly offend the owners values, but they don’t seem to care about the image of the racist tequila bar. An oxymoron. On the Google reviews. Majority of the people complaining about service have a Hispanic last name or some color to their skin. Im considering videoing the next experiment for media. This place is a joke of a bar. The owner plays God with this tiny bar and has rules that you’d think we lived in a dangerous community. It’s Loveland. The nicest town with the nicest people. You’d think everyone would feel welcome at the local tequila spot.
Go to another bar in downtown Loveland. Don’t waste your time here. Original review: Security guard said my group was too drunk to come in. We truly weren’t. We are passed that moment in life and that age. It was my birthday and we were walking and laughing together. I have videos I plan to show ownership and local media of “How Drunk” we were. Apparently this is something that keeps happening at this establishment. Was it because my group was diverse and they only want a certain look to come in? If you don’t want people to come in after having a drink at another bar, then...
Read moreHorrible first time experience. I do not recommend this place for a few reasons. First and foremost, their GM Julie and bartender Melissa were very unprofessional and rude! Melissa is not welcoming and started name calling and putting her finger in a customers face all over the request for customer service after a 20 min wait. Second, they did not require mask for entrance or exit. Mind you none of there tables were even 6ft, with COVID if you want to feel safe at a place your enjoying do not go there. Lastly, I’m huge on customer service and they did not have the best skills being that it was 2 bartenders with a Friday night crowd so under staffed. (Probably why they were so rude). Overall disappointing.
My response to the owner: Clearly this is he said she said her response is so petty and self explanatory so unprofessionalism shows. it’s sad small businesses are supported by the community I don’t I think this reply would get you that I’ve had many people complain to me about your business I will gladly take this to the county for safety concerns. Oh and not to mention Melissa was the one name calling and...
Read moreSome staff was nice other staff was not so nice. If you plan on going to a bar and wanting to have a few drinks or a few shots be prepared to have to point out every single person you are buying a drink for and then when wanting a second round be prepared to be treated like toddlers and have to wait 30-45 min before being allowed to order another round because staff doesn’t want a person get too drunk…..at a bar…..I appreciate a caring bar tender, but going out for a birthday to the bar and can’t buy two rounds of shots within 20-25 min of each other is a bit ridiculous. The other part of our experience/warnings to those who read this, is If you plan on buying a drink stick to that drink because again the staff did not let us switch up drink choices and were told that the special drinks are for the beginning of the night. The outside patio was nice and we enjoyed sitting by the fire. But if you prefer to have your alcohol monitored and enjoy paying for pretty sugary drinks this is the...
