Folks this is the BEST T-Mobile Store and ask for Jeff! #Period I'd been with Cricket a few months shy of 20yrs. I was getting tired of hearing how some of my friends were getting these cool offers from T-Mobile JUST FOR BEING A CUSTOMER!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING from Cricket EVER. So, I did my research (5 months worth) between major & small carriers and for us, T-mobile was the one. After alllllll the research I thought ok, sure seein n readin is 1 thing but now I need to get 2 a store & talk 2 a representative and really get the gossip/down-low. BUT WHICH STORE? I live in the Denver Metro and I'm not a fan of ANY customer service down here (excluding small businesses). A fam member happened to live in Loveland and so I put her to the test. Told her to go to a T-Mobile store and ask questions. NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES (to me this ALWAYS will show you if it's what and who you want to do business with). To try n keep this review short, she met a WONDERFUL gentleman named Jeff and told me the store on Garfield St and Jeff WAS THE PLACE! So I made it up there and he was even better than expected. FRICKIN knowledgeable, AMAZING AMAZING personality, FRIENDLY, kind, fast but not too fast. Answered EVERY question (even some annoyin ones). He went over in DETAIL the contract/plan, switched our phones over to the new ones, explained how some of the phones work (mine was super old), gave me the websites, customer service number, told me to call for anything. I'm officially after 20yrs with Cricket a T-Mobile customer and if all goes as expected, plan to be for quite some time. Jeff is a RARE employee you can only PRAY to find anywhere you go. I watched his interaction with other customers and the ins and outs of the store deliveries and was just blown away at how well he handled it ALL. Never flustered, NEVER a sour note. Great multitasker. Careful T-Mobile I may tell my boss to hire him within our company #wink!! Bottom line, thank you T-Mobile but THANK YOU Jeff for being exactly who you are and for the AMAZING service you provided (lol and still providing my fam member), you're a rare gem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI work in the service industry and can brush things off easily so for me to write a review or especially a bad one my experience had to be really bad. We went in to help get my momās old phone transferred to her new one. We werenāt greeted by Carissa and she almost seemed annoyed we walked in. We were the only customers. As soon as we walked in she took a phone call from Matthew who Iām assuming is the manager and then started complaining how she was the only one working and Matthew was in a netting all day. She asked for my moms google password and neither of us could remember it because it had been 3 years since she set it up and she never uses it. Her response was that if we were stupid. My momās old phone didnāt have much of a charge because the phone stopped working hence why we got a new phone. She made a snarky comment about that. Then another guy walked in who Iām assuming works there as well kept pressuring her to help him transfer his iPhones and pretty much prioritize him over us. Hot her credit she did tell him she was helping us and she wasnāt sure how to do the transfer he needed to wait for Matthew , but he would accept that and pressuring her. Once my moms phone started transferring he told her since we were waiting on that she could help him and we were completely ignored afterwards. Iāve had T-Mobile for 20 years and have been to many stores to buy phones and for help and this was hands down the worst experience Iāve ever had. Iāve even been to this store many of times and never had issues until today. So moving forward even though this is closer to where I live Iāll go to Fort Collins or the Denver Ave store because Iām just not impressed from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into this TMobile location on April 4th to pay my cell phone bill and upgrade my phone. When I was paying my bill, my card declined because it had $180 on it which wasn't enough to cover the $240 I owed. So, I gave the short blond female associate a different credit card which she charged the full $240 to. But she also charged my first card the full $180 (which I found out when I got home). Needless to say, its been TWO months since this happened. Everytime I go in to get it fixed, the associate tells me to call 611 and then 611 tells me to go back into the store where this happened since my $180 wasn't applied to my TMobile account. So I filed a dispute with my bank to cancel the $180 transaction... and guess what? TMobile was unresponsive so my bank didnt get back my money. And then when I call this same store again to get my money back, I find out the manager is gone until 6/19 and that nobody in the store can help me because the only people on shift are a new hire from 5 days ago and an employee in training... NO SUPERVISORS! I'm very upset about this whole situation which isn't my fault but I'm even more pissed off that TMobile STOLE almost $200 from me. Thank you to Patrick who did a very good professional job handling me on the phone, but I will be back into this store on 6/19 and will expect my money to be returned to me once I show my bank statements to a manager. If I don't have my money returned to me, I will be filing a complaint against this TMobile location with the BBB. (PS-- any customers going in here beware of the short female associate with long blond hair because she clearly does not pay attention to what she is doing during...
