Pizza was fresh, had a good amount if toppings and was done quickly. I picked it up and while there was only one person in the store at the time, he greeted me immediately and let me know he would just be a minute. I could see he was making a pizza. He was fast, kind, professional. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Update from a visit a week or so ago:

The guy in charge was incredibly helpful with the coupons and very professional. This time the the food was even better than the previous review. A while ago we had a 3 topping pizza without much cheese. One of the 3 toppings was extra cheese, so it was a bummer. I mentioned it this time and he guaranteed it would be done right. It was! The wings were not overdone, they were perfect! I highly recommend this location!

What is the issue with cheese? I ordered extra cheese and Italian sausage on a medium hand tossed pizza . Many places on the pizza had no cheese: the middle, near the crust edge, and other random places on the pizza.

I took a picture and hoped to tell manager one day. I didn't think one was there the next time I went which was by mistake only a few days later. I ordered online and thought I was ordering at a different location, but by accident I ordered from here. I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra cheese and sausage and at least there were no places without cheese, but it did not seem like extra cheese.

I like a good deal, my husband likes the wings, and family likes the garlic flavor of pizza. But most of all I i like cheese and I like getting what I ordered, especially if I paid extra for it.

Please do better!

Also a young staff member laughed when I checked my pizza before leaving the second recent visit. I explained That my pizza did not have enough cheese and a few pieces had barely any. We split it (along with wings,) between 3 people. Not ok when you only get 2-3 small pieces with bald spots when you wanted and paid for extra cheese. The staff...

I order from this Domino's twice a month and it's always something. When I came home from work I was having a small get-together and I ordered two boxes of pizza, two bottles of 2 liter sodas and a salad. When it was delivered, I was only handed the 2 boxes of pizza and told the driver my sodas and salad were forgotten. He said they didn't give it to him at the store and he'll let them know. I called them anyway and they said they were gonna get it ready to give to the driver when he got back. I waited over an hour and half and didn't hear anything from anyone so I called the store and someone picked up and told me to hold. I was on hold for over 45 min and no one picked up. I called again and still no one picked up. I called back and finally after two hours someone answered and I explained what happened. I heard them explaining it to the manager and he said "Yea and I believe it because I saw the two sodas and the salad on the floor outside." I asked for a refund and the manager said he put it through and it was processed but that never happened either. I ordered here again and they canceled my order stating they won't come inside my apartment building to deliver the pizza. Done...

Usually never had trouble w/ this Domino's on Bridge St. until today. I didn't even know the driver was outside myself because he didn't ring the doorbell nor called my phone. Instead, all I heard was someone honking their horn. Uhh, how was I supposed to know you're honking for me? Went downstairs and ask the guy why he didn't call or rang my bell, he paused and then said he did. He said he stood at my door for a good minute ringing my bell. He then said he called twice at the number on the receipt; I received no missed calls. Asked me why I was giving him an attitude, well maybe do your job and I wouldn't have.

Call and spoke w/ the manager and he said he was going to check the driver call history. Well, here's a snapshot of MY call history. Mind you, the store did call but after I already received my food.

I've ordered food from this Dominos for over 10yrs and the service has gone down tremendously. No wonder why the reviews on...
