The app said the order was ready at 7:41. I got to the front of the line 5 minutes later and it wasn't ready. The guy up front mumbled something about the app being on a timer so it wasn't accurate. Then about 10 minutes later, he hands pizzas to the lady waiting next to me. She got out the door before turning around saying that wasn't all her order. Three of the pizzas were mine. I pointed that out. this was about 7:52. So he takes my pizzas and set them on the warmer because my bread bites were not there. He mumbled something about the order being incomplete and went to another task. About 5 minutes later, I ask him what's going on? He said it would be about 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, my 3 pizzas, which had nearly left with someone else 15 minutes earlier, were sitting in shelf. I finally got my food at around 8:11, 30 minutes after the app said it was ready and 20 minutes after my pizzas came out of the oven! While I was there, I heard one employee tell another talk to so-and-so, he's closer to a manager than anyone else here. With lot's of time to observe, I saw that to be a big problem. No leadership. It appeared all the competent employees avoided customers and left that role to an inexperienced guy who couldn't communicate with customers at all. This reflects really terrible management. If I had known what I was waiting for, I would have canceled that part of the order, but that was never possible. it was really a cluster. We will never order...
Read moreFirst off the Pizza from this Domino’s location always gets a 10. I order deep dish with extra cheese, beef and Pepperoni well done. I pay extra for it but it is well worth it. My only issues are this. Last week I tried to use the $3.00 off for getting it ourselves. It would not work on the online ordering, so we tried to get the discount inside. They would not give it. The person said you can’t use it. So we just said OK and left. Tonight, I used the app and got my order. I used the tracking and when the app said it was ready I walked in. The counter person, said I can’t find it. Then came back and said you will have to wait while we remake it. Where is it? They said since you wanted it well done we will have to remake it… WHAT? If you can’t find it, I believe it must not have been made. So… I waited until they were “remade” and then they handed them to me, and said thanks. When I used to work in retail food sales many years ago, we would offer some sort of compensation. They did not offer a upgraded pizza, free pizza a drink or anything… Why are the places forgetting about customer service? Loyalty of customers. Anybody curious about the “emergency pizzas” that are supposed to be in appreciation for the money spent on previous orders will only be delievered if there is 15$ spent on top of the 5$ delivery fee and IF you don’t know like we didn’t if you choose delivery you CANNOT CHANGE the method in which you get your pizza and YES it counts as you claiming your “free emergency pizza” regardless I am pretty disappointed in the so called General Manager that couldn’t provide a number for the customer to get what they were offered so be cautious when doing so especially here because the dude pretty much told me I was out of luck and kept claiming he couldn’t hear me yet I had 5bars for service seems to me that he was just trying to...
