Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lowell

This is the worst dunkin in the city i have never been treated so rudely gor no reason. I went in bought a lg hot coffee and it was cold. I asked politely to have it remade and the staff member said " oh the top burner isnt on" and in that moment her manager or shift leader asked " whats the issue here?" The employee says oh the coffee was cold.... The managerthen looks at me as shes handing me a new coffee and says throw that one out! As the cold cup was sitting on the counter she hands me the new one... I said im sorry im handicapped and only have 1 hand so can you pls throw it away? She starts yelling we cant take that back you have to throw it out with a tone like im her 5 year old. Again i show her i have 1hand as the other is holding me up with a cane. She then says i dont care we cant take it across the counter. Im thinking so i can accept a horrible old cup from you and now you want to tell me to throw out your mistake and yell at me infront of the entire line? Well im sorry i said its gonna have to sit there because of your rudeness... Where's your humanity at what point are you so miserable at work you take it out on...

Food i did not get the opportunity to experience as I was verbally attacked by the coffee maker behind the register upon entering the establishment. The service I have recieved there was absolutely unacceptable. That same masked woman with the audacity to verbally attack paying customers also aggressively ripped the chair I sat beside in an effort to put me in fear so I would leave there. The place is not well maintained there is trash all over the floor like the coffee makers they have behind the counter. This woman works the early morning shift is maybe in her early 40s and still to this day wears a mask even 6 years after covid requirements suggested this. I assume it's so she can treat her bosses paying customer's less then the trash that she wouldn't take the time to pick up off the floor, she walks on while she's ushering paying customers out of the door with threats of harm and intimidation tactics. This is not typical to encounter in any place of business nor should any consumer anticipate inappropriate treatment of paying customers by staff even if you are a cashier at dunks your not exempt from that standard of...

Ive been going to this place for 3 years now I have always had a great experience with the staff the food I've never had a problem they have men and women's bathrooms that they use for customers only and sometimes they they let the public use them and it all depends on the discretionary of the manager. Coffee is great just like you can I feel you cannot lose with dunk with Dunkin Donuts I'd rather Dunkin Donuts / Starbucks any day I like my Turbo shots in my coffee sometimes I just get a couple turbo shots which is cheaper than getting an iced coffee with a turbo shot I get to Turbo shots ice with cream and sugar and french vanilla you know it's it's just the way you like it everything's the...
