Tony the manager is the most unprofessionial manager I've ever seen in my life. .. from the looks of comments below they have a track record! My husband went in there today to get the usual order we get every day. There was a construction worker in front of him who ordered several different orders he paid for each one and then moved on to the next order all the while the line was building up to almost out the door they had about 10 other workers walking around handling the drive-thru and another was writing on cups and the manager was counting drinks... One gentleman was handling the register and no lie my husband was standing there for 20 minutes finally he spoke up and said can you get another worker to another register please the guy answered saying he could not. at that point the construction worker was nice enough to let my husband go in front of him & order! He waited another 7 minutes for the actual coffees and we're talking about dumping coffee into a cup putting whipped cream on the top and handing it to the customer in no way shape or form that should take 7 mins and to top it off he asked for drizzle on top of the whipped cream and he didn't get it but he wasn't going to argue about that because we had to go he asked for a hot cup and gave the $0.26 that it cost for it. .one of the employees that had just walked in and she looked like she just rolled out of bed at with her hair looking like a rat's nest an a cell phone in her hand (any job I know you're not supposed to have your phone in your hand while you're working) and she had cuffed jeans at the bottom she took the $0.26 and walked away my husband set out three times hello can I get my hot cup please noone answered him he left... When we got home I called the store and ask to speak to a manager and 'Tony' got on the phone he was very rude from the beginning when I told him there was an altercation we began to speak with an attitude and was very combative with me when I told him about the corner he chuckled and asked the employee "did somebody hand you a quarter for a hot cup and said I know a quarter hahaha" and it's not about the amount I handed him it's the principle that I paid for a hot cup and I never received the hot cup of nor did I get my money back I'm the customer and I'm the one that's bringing you the money to keep your business running yet you feel I'm not entitled to get what I paid for and it's a joke... I told him I was going to call corporate he said I was threatening him! on top of it all I told him that all the call was being monitored 4 both myself and his safety and he said it is illegal to record phone calls and I told him to do his research since he's such a law genius it's only illegal if I did not notify him that the call was being monitored rather than trying to resolve the situation he kept up arguing with me on the phone for about a good 6 minutes and then when I reminded him again that everything was recorded he said goodbye and hung up on me I'm calling Cooperate this is a privately owned business so the store manager will be receiving by complaint in no way shape or form should I have been treated like this regardless of the amount or the pettiness of my complaint the manager should have apologized and left it at that but he still felt the need to be combative and think he was right and make it worse than it needed to be ...what I originally wanted out of my phone call with him to acknowledge that he probably should have put another worker on a separate register so the line wouldn't have went out the door and an apology for the quarter and if he said you can come back in and get your quarter or your cup that I would have said it's no big deal I don't need it I just wanted you to acknowledge what happened but the fact that he told me and if he said you can come back in and get your quarter or your cup that I would have said it's no big deal I don't need it I just wanted you to acknowledge what happened but he said I lied...
Read moreI’ve gone to this location a couple times as I cover a store near by once a week. I’m not too familiar with this area but it’s close and thought it would be convenient. Almost every time I have gone to this location I haven’t been satisfied with my order or the service. Today I went to get my normal medium iced vanilla chi latte with the ice in a separate cup. The lady working the drive through said “just so you are aware it won’t be a true medium because they are pre portioned amounts for each size.” That I can understand, but why is that every other dunkin’s I’ve been to has never mentions that before and even still my drink ends up being “true”to the size I ordered?! I’ve also never paid for an ice cup at other locations when purchasing a drink...so why they charged me an additional.50 cents for an ice cup is beyond me. Not that I really care about .50 cents but it’s just the point of the matter. Also when I was drinking my chi latte I noticed it didn’t really taste right, I dumped it into a separate cup and I found that the chi mixture is all stuck to the bottom of the cup...maybe they should work on there stirring/mixing skills? Maybe some more training? I mean it doesn’t take a genius to do that simple task. Every time I’ve come to this location it’s always something but the one thing that stands out to me the most is the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for so long and the staff here makes me feel like they don’t care about their jobs, like it’s just a pay check to them. If your like me and like to get exactly what you ordered and have it taste the way it should, I would suggest going to a...
Read moreThis is not the first time I have got an order wrong and when I asked to make it over I received an attitude and they whip the cups in the trash with aggression and make it like it's my fault and I'm wrong for wanting my coffee how I want it i got a frozen coffee today & a large hot the large hot was filled up halfway and the Frozen was completely melted and sloppy the whip cream was dripping down the side they didn't wipe and because I was in a rush I didn't have time to ask to make it over when I tried it it literally tasted so bad I threw it out it was literally the worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin Donuts I'm so fed up with my orders being rushed in the morning that I'm going to Honey dew from now on I need people to take their time and make my order right I am sick of getting rushed slop in the morning .... I don't do take out I get my coffee in the morning and that's something that I enjoy getting and I want it how I want I don't care if I'm spending $2 $10 or $30 that's my money and I'm the customer and I'm sick of this company thinking that they're obligated to give me whatever they make and think it's okay and give me an attitude when I complain it's completely unnecessary to get mad and throw cups into the trash with aggression because I asked to make it over which has happened on other occasions and they make me feel intimidated 2 ask...
