Ma Cuisine was highly recommended to us by a friend - and our expectations were absolutely succeeded. Sean cooks and serves the BEST French cuisine, bringing cheeses and other goodies from his trips back here to Lowell. We got 2 homemade dinners, a cheese platter (his knowledge on these cheeses were fascinating and they were so very delicious!), homemade pesto, homemade truffle mustard, & a baguette! I literally stumbled across this shop while visiting another food establishment nearby. I can't resist a place that offers cheese, so ai went in. I was delighted to find out that tasting samples is encouraged here! I bought many things, including a ham and gruyere sandwich, a cheese plate full of incredible cheeses, pate, terrine, and a few other things. I've been meaning to check out Ma Cuisine for quite a while and finally made it the other day. It's a tiny shop on Market Street with limited hours but absolutely worth the effort to check out. It's the kind of place where they prefer that you taste before you buy, a practice which I thought went out of fashion with the dinosaurs!
