Not much a fast food eater but it is convenient when on time crunch. Went through drive through 3x within last 2 months for breakfast. Always order #1 with Canadian bacon & OJ. 1st time ordered and took long but they were pretty busy. Got to destination to find that was sausage instead of Canadian bacon, no straw, no napkins, and cold hash browns. 2nd time long wait even though not as busy. Got to destination and again was sausage instead of Canadian bacon and NO HASH browns. Just a wrong sandwich and OJ. 3rd time the order taker was rude. There was something wrong with the intercom. Was left on silence for a long time and or they werent responding back. Had to place order 4-5 times. Went to pay at window 1. Worker gave total of $20.XX when I ordered my usual meal. Asked the worker nicely why it was that price. She rudely said, "I don't make the prices." Decided to be patient with her and asked why it was $20. She said because I ordered OJ and it's an upcharge. Asked her what the order was and she explained 2 meals. Told her just ordered 1. She could have just fixed and moved on. Instead, she said, "Well, I repeated the order several times." Told her that perhaps intercom wasn't working right because had to place order several times. Could have ended there but she said, "when you drove up I repeated the order to you," which she did not I would have corrected her right away. When I drove up she just gave me a total. I just accepted she has horrible customer service and stopped talking to her. Paid and drove to 2nd window. Another worker said they don't have OJ, which worker 1 upcharged me for. She asked if I wanted anything else. I don't drink soda so I asked if there were any other juice. She said apple. I said I'll take an apple juice. She gave me my order with a small kid box juice. Was upcharged for something they didn't have to be given a small 2 gulp kid juice that literally says "kid" on it. Left and got to destination and finally got Canadian bacon after ordering it 3x, but of course hashbrowns were cold. Apple juice was warm. Sandwiches were made sloppy all 3x. Never going back to...

Frank absolutely phenomenal in terms of giving Pro tips and how to save it a couple extra bucks and getting the meal that you want not only did they show me how to save 5x dollars. But they gave me at least 4or5 different tips for next time. I say or because Armando the manager at the time clued me in on a couple Pro tips! The kind of tips that you would only know if you work there kind of stuff! So with all that being said you want to go to a mcdees that hooks you up at like you work there go ahead and take the extra 5 10 15 20 minutes it takes to go to the Lowell McDonald's because they're not only going to go ahead and set you up but that will hook you up for next time as well hell yeah! And I've been going to this McDonald's for quite some time because of the pro tip stuff. And today I decided to look at some of these reviews that have been given. And not only are there more good reason bad. But if you're somebody with any kind of common sense you can understand that any bad review they have are completely unorthodox and probably do to the customers fault. Which outside of many other reviews with any other kind of McDonald's or Taco Bell or Burger King or vice versa... is quite a surprise usually I'm pretty damn hard on my fast food joints. And within two visits to this location I've been completely mind blown not only the manager Armando as well as the associate mr. Frank. Completely customer savvy! But they deserve a raise. Because they take their positions seriously and they're probably making that location a lot of money if not the whole Corporation at least a nice chunk of pie!!! Read moreIf I could give it a minus 1, I would. My husband I went there a few days ago. They had remodeled it and took out all of the self serve drinks. No condiments or eating utensils. The only thing they had out was napkins. You had to ask for everything else, salt, pepper catsup. Our order was a quarter pounder meal and a big Mac meal and 2 strawberry cream pies. After we ordered they came out and said they didn't have any strawberry cream pies ready, but they could either fix some, which would take 13 minutes, or they had apple pies. We opted to wait since we were eating in anyway. They brought our order and it was totally wrong which they fixed after I showed them the receipt. Service wasn't bad and it was after 10 pm so they weren't busy. Food wasn't very good even for fast food. I ordered light sauce on my big mac and boy was it ever light, you had to have a magnifying glass to find it but okay I ordered light so I ate it without complaining. Won't ever go back to a McDonald's. Looked it up on the internet and it said that McDonald's is doing away with having extras out and self serve drinks. Some were only allowing 1 packet of catsup per order of fries no matter what size and were thinking about charging for refills and extra condiments. It's not the employees fault it's the company and they definitely have lost my business. I don't usually leave a review this long or a bad review but I was so aggravated by the time we left I felt McDonald's new policies deserve it.
