I rarely take time to write reviews unless itâs a good one â but this Wendyâs location has made that impossible.
After several frustrating visits, I felt it was worth the effort to share my experience, especially since it seems this location has had consistently poor reviews since opening â and clearly, nothing has changed.
I work in a corporate office very close by, and when I saw they were advertising dollar breakfast items, I thought it would be a nice treat for my team. I have a team of 8â10 people, and on this particular morning, I tried to order six biscuit meals. I was immediately told the maximum was five â and the person was incredibly rude about it. I even tried to lighten the moment by joking, âJust throw in an extra then,â but that fell flat. I said thank you and moved on to Einstein Bagels next door for my team.
Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I returned a few days later â this time just for the five biscuits. I arrived before 8 a.m., which should have been two hours after opening. The woman on the drive-thru sounded overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly like things were chaotic inside. She had me wait several minutes, only to come back and say she couldnât understand my order â and then informed me they were out of biscuits because âthe oven was broken.â
Now, I have no way of verifying that, but itâs hard to believe a breakfast location with only a couple of hours under its belt is already out of the main item theyâre advertising. And itâs not the first time Iâve heard complaints â everyone I talk to whoâs tried this location has had a similar experience.

So today, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. No biggie right? Well, after I mentioned it they just gave me packets. Okay, sure that works but 20min later, no one had even addressed it? Coke Zero was out but I got something else, I already asked for ketchup and didnât want to overwhelm them. This was at 1230pm on a Wednesday with three other tables occupied in the lobby.
The drive through is atrocious each time. At first I thought it was because it was new and staff were inexperienced. Nope. Itâs just really slow like the people working here are all confused and lost zombies. The longest I waited in drive through was 25min last time which is why I went inside today.
My favorite today was having a lid on my empty cup (a size bigger than my order) and no lid on the kids meal drink which they used a frosty cup for instead of soft drink cup lol wut?
Bathrooms were not in good shape⌠HOW? Itâs only been open a year?!
The food is on point with other Wendyâs but all of the other systems here are broken⌠maintenance, customer service, training, management, motivation to move at least a little faster than a stoner sloth⌠all of that is non existent. Iâve been five times, each one sucked and was weirder than the one before.

   Read moreI did my online order before I went through DT at Wendy's here in Lowell Arkansas. It said it will be ready in about 5 to 10 minutes. It was 10 minutes before I got there. As I drove up at the DT. There was only one customer infront of me. I don't know how long he was sitting there, but i pull up sit there for another 10 minutes, and they still didn't take his order. I got upset for sitting there more than 10 minutes before I went around of the guy who was sitting there đ. I pull up at the window told the lady I have an online order. Her manager Katelyn was so rude told me make sure be at the line at DT. I told her I have been sitting there for more than 10 minutes and only one person infront me they did not take his order. Katelyn didn't even apologize to me for sitting there that long, and she try to tell me go back to the DT for online đ order.
