We ordered takeout for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We usually frequent another Chinese restaurant but this one is conveniently located to our new home. Ordering online was easy and we were quoted 15 minutes for pickup time since they don’t deliver right now. It ended up being closer to 30 minutes but they were slammed and the staff was really apologetic.

Prices are good. Food is good, but we had a bit of trial and error in figuring out what food we’d like and what it would look like, since that seems to vary across restaurants in the area. For example, I ordered honey chicken expecting a sweet dark sauce on lightly breaded chicken since that’s what “honey chicken” is at other restaurants. However, theirs is sweet and sour type chicken, just coated in a thick and sticky clear honey sauce with a ton of veggies (carrots, mushrooms, peppers). It wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting.

The chicken on a stick was good. The crab rangoons were the triangular shape I like but tasted a bit too oniony for my liking. The sweet and sour sauce was good. My husband liked his lo mein and was glad he got it with no veggies since their veggies include mushrooms (a first for us). They have the BEST pork fried rice I’ve tried at any Chinese restaurant around. I also like that they offer krab as a protein for things. We got the krab lo mein and it was good. Their boneless ribs were good, but a bit too dry and not sweet enough for me. It was a huge portion of them with lo mein for only $12ish dollars though.

We will definitely order again!! Especially since their location is so convenient and the service was so good. Like I said, it’s trial and error of figuring out...

Beware!!! do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money. Ordered sweet and sour chicken that was ok and Happy Family which smelled fishy and now I'm sick. Makes sense if the seafood sat out or was not properly stored. I should have known better. the dumplings were flat and nearly nothing in them along with 1 order being burnt to the point of not being edible. LoMein had maybe 2 to 3 pieces of beef. Also ordered chicken and snow peas and could have just bought a bag of snow peas because there was only a about 4 pieces of chicken. The wonton soup was the cheapest thing I got and tasted the best. This place used to be so good we drove 30 minutes to get takeout....never ever again...oh and all this food was ready, amazingly, in under 10 minutes...which leaves enough to be said about the safety and freshness of the food. Upon contacting the owner he was rude dismissive and arrogant. I chose to look up food safety inspections and see they've had several violations as...

Called in to order General’s tofu, fried rice & crab ragoon ($18) my boyfriend picked up the order & came all the way home with chicken... Cluck Cluck—I don’t eat birds! The lady on the phone was rude, never apologized and started over talking me in her language... so my fried rice and crab ragoons were cold—no we don’t have a microwave... I normally spend $40-60 at this place each week through DoorDash but, I’ll never order here ever again! I can’t trust someone who won’t pay attention long enough to interpret English... incompetency at its best!! Oh! & they never have any other customers in the bldg or any lines so, why is it so hard to listen to your only customer? I don’t know how they have such high ratings... wasted an hour of my life so they owe me $125, $18 + $3 gas money... cause we were working hence the need...

I'm very picky about where I eat for Chinese food because every restaurant have different standards, but this restaurant is much more than the staff is friendly. The price is reasonable, portion size is big, What we ordered was Singapore. My chicken from broccoli, teriyaki beef and their chicken is tender and also the Juice is from the sauces taste like homemade does not taste like package frozen food and also their Curry is spicy and the teriyaki beef taste like Korean BBQ. My kids love their spring rolls, and my family were highly recommend, New China.
