Avoid this chipotle it is substandard to The norm for a chipotle. To start out, they didn’t have anything on the front line so they kept having to take my bowl from the front to the back repeatedly, which I don’t feel is very sanitary. After getting my meal and going out to leave, I went to grab a fork and napkins at the drink station. Sadly all of the condiments were absolutely disgusting Tabasco bottles all over the place Tabasco bottles covered in spilled sauce. There were straw wrappers scattered everywhere and no forks or silverware in any other bins. It was a mess to say the least. So I needed to ask the counter for A fork. I stood right in front of the register right in front of the employ running the register and they pretended like I wasn’t there. They helped three customers while I stood there right in their face looking at them and they wouldn’t even say nothing. They just kept helping the next person in line and avoiding communication with me. It wasn’t until I finally seen another employee That looked to not be doing anything that I said excuse me, your fork bins empty. Then finally after almost 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to get one of the employees attention, even though I’m standing in front of one of them, I got my fork… this is a joke of a chipotle!! who’s running this place I didn’t see one single person that looked like...

It’s a shame I have to give a one star review all because of one person, but it is what it is I guess…so I ordered a chips and guac on the app on the way home from work when I was about 10 minutes away from the restaurant, maybe even 15 I’m not sure. I chose the pickup window option. I get to the window (there were no cars there at all I was the only one) and it took a few minutes for the window to even open. The girl opens the window and doesn’t even say anything. I said hello. She asked “what time is your pickup” in an extremely irritated tone. I told her I think it’s for 5:30 but I’m not positive. I looked at the clock it was 5:27. She said “yeah, it’s not ready yet. You’re too early. I have like 18 other orders that I’m doing right now and it is NOT ready yet it’s going to be another 5 or 10 minutes”. I said “ok, I’m sorry I thought since it was just chips and guac maybe it would be ready I wasn’t really paying attention to the time” and she just looked at me and closed the window. I was about to park and come inside but I decided there’s no way I’m gonna wait for god knows how long just for some chips and guac while being treated like garbage, so I left . As a former takeout specialist and KM at three locations which all had “restaurateur” status, I know the ins and outs of the operation. As a takeout specialist I was responsible for ensuring freshness of the back line by ROTATING OUT OLD STUFF, and making sure people are GETTING WHAT THEY PAID FOR. I was always on the generous side as it made repeat customers, and we had some great staff to back that up by making more when needed.
I have a hunch that whoever runs the kitchen in this location doesn’t want to do their job, so the crew gives out tiny portions and old food to avoid asking that person to make more. It’s either that, greed from manager, or the line crew are literally too lazy to swap the pans.
DO NOT order here through the app or uber eats, YOU WILL GET STIFFED. I should not be getting a bowl that is 1/3 full with a half scoop of overcooked steak and crunchy rice when i’m paying $20 for a double steak bowl. So unbelievably...
