I went three evenings in a row before deciding to post my experience to the world on Google. I would avoid this location. My first night in I was told they could accept cash only, no lettuce, and my coupon would not be able to be scanned. The girl at the counter was nice-a new hire, her co worker was a woman with her BF and she wasn't doing anything to earn her paycheck, but did provide me with an attitude. I tried calling twice the next day to find out their phone doesn't even work. The second night I figured I would give another chance and at the very least I was going to leave my card with cell # for the manager to call me. I was actually STUNNED, this employee was the complete opposite of what I thought was to happen for me. She apologized with compassion and I felt great about the whole thing. My sub was great! Then the third night, two employees -both acting like they know nothing of their job position. I just needed 3 footlongs to feed my family so I could get on the highway for my 2 hour drive- I had the coupon for a deal. When we got to the register it was $40 for 3 subs. I scanned the coupon, nothing happened. They said it was already used, provided a second of the same exact , once again nothing. So they asked how would I like to pay. I said I'm not accepting 3 subs for $40 when I have a coupon. I didn't order any of the flavors which would be considered not applicable. I mentioned this isn't my trouble, can you call your manager like idk what to do either. After the second coupon scan they said again that it was previously used so they took them both from me and kept them-they were dated expiration October 10. Then I had my husband go out to the car and grab the sheet I JUST got that was dated for November. Coupon still wouldn't work. So again, at this point I'm frustrated-these 2 girls have no clue what to do. They took 1 sub off my order and say how about $30? I'm like no the deal is 3 for $17.99 that's not acceptable. By then my husband had stepped away to use the BR and come back so I asked him what do you want to do-his reply was to walk. So they took one more sub off and said how about this amount, I'm like sure. To put an end to the misery. I did provide a cash tip in their jar because I did appreciate them for "making my order" Overall, I want to avoid ever coming to this specific location even though it's close to my work. I'll stick to the closer locations to my home. Unless I drive by and see the 1 employee I know to be super friendly and kind. Because she'll do it for me, the others I refuse to...
Read moreI showed up to grab a bite to eat and despite having a bell on the door the girl working had me wait for about 10-15 minutes before even checking the front for customers. I actually called the store phone to prompt she come to the front to no avail. When she got out there I saw her pick up pepperoni. I figured she was putting it on a sandwich for pickup because I hadn’t said a word about meat yet. I got home to find she put on pepperoni without me ever asking for it. Additionally while making my sandwich she stopped to take a phone call from the store. Clearly someone who worked there that she talked and laugh with while ignoring me. During the phone call she started to wrap up my sandwich. She hadn’t asked if I was done so I had to tell her to stop because I still needed mayo. The mayo was basically empty so she did half a dying squirt on each side. As I watched her wrap up the now actually finished sandwich food was falling out and she didn’t seem to care. I wanted a large drink and instead of asking me she gave me a medium cup. I decided it was fine since it would save money on already terrible service. Well the cup she gave me was leaking out the bottom. Not entirely her fault, but had she bothered to ask what I wanted I bet the cup wouldn’t have leaked. I’ve never left a review like this before, and yet this was truly a terrible experience. From having things put into my food I never asked for, to almost not finishing making my sandwich, to overall not paying attention or doing her job. Thank god she didn’t add any extra foods I was allergic to without my asking because this could have gone so badly!! Read moreA few weeks ago I tried to order a wrap through the app and it said "closed" on a Friday around 11am. So I drove there and it was open. When I went in to order, the guy behind the counter got very defensive, and frankly a little aggressive, justifying the fact that the app said they were closed, due to lack of help. I simply thought it was a loss of business if the app said they were closed but I told him I really didn't care, shrugged it off, ordered my wrap and left. Today I went in to order my wrap and when I entered, a different male employee peaked around the corner from the back and said he would be right with me. A few minutes went by and and he came out with a tray full of bread doughs that he put into the oven and after he was done with that task, he asked if he could help me. I asked for a tuna wrap and he said - GET THIS - they were out of tuna! I actually think he was just too lazy to go to the walk in and get it, but either way, I told him to forget it and walked out. I will be going to the Sheetz across the street for my tuna wrap...
