Worst experience I had ever with a pizzeria...

I gotten a "One Large Pizza & 20 Wings" in the mail via circular so I figured Id save it and use it one day, well today was that day. Well I called in and I told the emale on the phone about the coupon and asked How many saucses can I chose for 20 wings.. Well you only get one so if you dont wanna spring for .50 per sauce you better hope everyone likes the same thing, so I sprung and got 2 sauces for 20 WINGS. I asked if the 1 Large pizza comes with a topping? No it doesn't only a very thin layer of cheese, if you wanna get fancy and add a topping that cost 2.25. I declined, She asked me what sauces I want for my 20 WINGS (you will see later why this is being emphasized) I said mild and BBQ she said ok and asked me if I would like carrots and celery and blue cheese, already knowing they charge for this too, I asked how much she said 1.00 I said no. I told her if your going to offer someone something tell them its additional and its not nice to charge customers without their knowledge. She told me she is supposed to ask the way she did. Well I placed my order and I went to pick it up, I got home and I had 12 WINGS and not the 20 WINGS i ordered. I called and the female on the phone told me I ordered 10 (but the coupon I handed her clearly said 20 and she charged me for the extra sauce and she stated 20 clearly several times to me. I go back and get my wings she handed them to me and doesn't say anything and Im on with that, I proceeded to a table to open them too check them to make sure this didn't happen again and it didn't, She comes out from behind the counter saying "You ordered 10 im sorry this happened" I said No i didn't I ordered 20 you even repeated the order back and you only gave me 12 anyways, so please dont save face and "apologize" because customer shaming and blaming doesn't come along with a apology. Than two guys come out the kitchen staring me down like they were about to attack me, Just staring at me and watched me every step to the door. Id never give these people my hard earned money...

I've never in my life been treated so rudely by a delivery man, I like their food so I used to order and visit regularly. So I recently moved and was celebrating, I ordered an expensive order, then found that the bank had accidentally allowed a double charge on rent, I called within five minutes of making the order cancelled and apologized, less then twenty minutes later the delivery guy shows up, I told him I cancelled the order and he said well I hate to see food go to waste, I walked four miles in 90 degree heat and paid with money I borrowed two days later, and was treated rudely. I looked past it, then several months later I made another order and the it took about an hour, I called and suddenly the delivery guy showed up in under five minutes, anyway I paid and hit the custom tip the guy yelled and sweared at me, I told him that fine I won't order again he said no don't do that, needless to say the neighbors and landlord heard him and told me I should report him, I didn't because I didn't like hurting people's employment, needless to say word has spread because we are a close community and no one on this street will order from this business again. I'm not a prick like the others and wouldn't say don't order, but be prepared, the delivery guy is more concerned with betting and sports as I see him doing when I've visited than being professional, it's a shame they have decent food, the wings and stromboli are average and the pizza is good, I liked supporting them being a local business, but buyer beware the delivery guy doesn't care about your order, or being professional, and hold grudges if he feels you didn't tip him good enough, you'll be waiting a long time for your...

Fan of it most of the time. Unfortunately over the past several months it seems to have gone downhill a little bit. Every time I order mozzarella sticks they are thrown in cooked and sitting out waiting for me before any of the other food is even in the oven. Often they are cold so I just stopped ordering mozzarella sticks. I'm not sure what it is but it seems like the Stromboli's are different than they used to be. Tonight was finally the Last Straw ordered a vegetable sub for my vegetarian wife, was sent some sort of Italian sub with meat on it. I called to complain the response from the kid who answered the phone was come get a new one. No I'm absolutely not coming back to get a new one... figure something out take my name and number and comp me a sub next time I ordered. Ensure that I come back. He ended up handing the phone over to someone who understands customer service and Not a problem they said they would bring me a new one. Fantastic! Huge bummer that took over an hour, we are 3.3 miles from the restaurant . T. Then when it finally did arrive the vegetarian sub was lettuce tomato and onion. I guess we don't get any mushrooms olives green peppers or anything else on the vegetable sub shame on me for expecting that.
