12/09 Monday @6:50AM Taking my siblings to school and decided to get coffee for them, the manager that was at the window has horrible customer services!!! She had a hard time hearing us so after the 3x time, she angrily told us to pull up and then proceeded to carry the high tone. I told her okay calm down , we said it 3x - she then pointed at the TWO cars behind me and said I’m starting a line and i told her “okay ? And it’s part of your job?” So she got even more mad, told me to leave and started taking the other people’s order that were BEHIND me in the drive thru. Mind you , this happened all in like 3-5 minutes. I’m a general manager and never in my life would I talk to someone the way she did. I felt awful for the workers, you could tell they were confused by her actions as well. Lady didn’t take her meds. Sad, Never had any problems...

Just drove through and ordered a well toasted (the guy said, "Extra"?) I said yes thanks. We drive off and this was not a toasted bagel. It was a "let's see if your muscles and teeth can handle the chew" monster. I asked for a couple of extra napkins. "Sure he says, I've put them in the bag". Oh glory, there were 2! DD must be on a serious economy drive- barely toasted bagel, 2 of their skimpy paper products. Or, the team having a down day? I have been to over 150 DND domestic and international. This location has been the most consistent for me over the past 3 years. I can't think of a single time I had an issue with my drink order. I always order on the go and walk in. My go to for a Nitro cb, shaken espresso or just a plain coffee. My mother loves the lattes here when she visits on the weekend.
