Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

Tonight I had a very bad experience. There was a young woman working the deli.

My friend and I both ordered a pierogi quesadilla with both American cheese options, caramelized onions and bacon.

When we both got our quesadillas there was 1 slice of bacon in each. We payed almost 2 extra $ for 1 PIECE!!!!!! And to top it all off, she used the wrong cheese in it, she put in mozella instead of American and my buddy is allergic to mozzarella. Instead of telling us there was no more American (assuming that was why the wrong cheese was used in ours) she decided to take it in her own hands without consulting with us about it! ALSO, there was absolutely no fried onions in it, so we went back in and told her, so she gave us a side of them and said it wasn't on our order. Which clearly we both ordered the same identical meal, and our receipt said we had.

I'm very disappointed with this interaction in this location.

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE AN INGREDIENT FOR ANOTHER WITHOUT CONSULTING THE CUSTOMER, IT COULD BE DANGEROUS TO SOMEONES...

I went in today and purchased a veggie hot hoagie and a frozen cappucino.cappuccino.. The sandwich had onions.. I am allergic to Onions..and the Frozen drinks was overflowing over the sides...I mention it to the preparers and they blew me off.. I threw the food in the trash and they watch me with not one saying anything... 😒 I did not ask for my money back as I was disgusted with their behavior... What did I have to do? Try the hoagie with onions infeont of them and vomit for them to take notice..?!! And take the drink in my vehicle so it would spill all over my cup holders and upholstery?!! No thanks.. WaWa is getting pricey anyway.. I used to go there a lot..They made some changes and it's back to being second best to the other WAWA DOWN THE...

3rd Wawa I visited tonight. Apparently they discontinued chocolate croissants over the nasty toe cheese croissants? Why? No one knows.

Decided to look for water melon? None. At least they sell gas though.

My next stop after writing this? Sev. Wawa fell off hard, and fast! I literally have no reason to come to Wawa anymore.

Shame too because my co-workers mentioned that they can't seem to find the things that they used to like anymore either.

Seems like Wawa just buys up land in our communities and turns the place into a dump.

Edit: they finally released the turkey gobbler so I wanted to give Wawa the benefit of the doubt, but they're out of that too. This place is garbage. Fold up your Wawa...
