McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Township

Okay, my discrepancy here starts with the fact that I placed a pickup mobile order which featured a free bonus item that is non-refundable. Realizing that this McDonald's closed at 11 o'clock I made an effort to make sure that I got there before closing. However, I arrived at one minute past 11 and rudely discovered that the food was discarded and my order would be refunded. I am not exaggerating, 1 minute past 11 and this is the reception I received with a complete loss of the free item that I lost in the process. It would help to have some courtesy and consideration considering that there are still staff at one minute past closing time and the fact that there is no other way to communicate except to simply show up. I don't think that's too much to ask. I don't expect too much from McDonald's to begin with, but this particular McDonald's really rubbed me the wrong way as a result of...

Ordered breakfast. The only thing edible is the coffee. I hope. Haven't tried it yet, but cold. Shocker. Bagels and English muffins are so stale, you can't bite into the sandwich. The egg yolks are brown! Not overcooked green, actually brown! Everything is cold. Not sure how that happens bc I just bought it. Sausage patties, that I used to love, are now grainy, disgusting, inedible dog food. Hashbrowns are a soggy, salt saturated mess. It's fast food. I sadly, expect at least 1 disappointment, but this is insane! Could you spare the barely half a piece of cheese on the Sausage egg cheese mcmuffin? This place is the absolute worst and the owner does not care and is exceptionally rude. I only know that because they gave us the wrong order last time and apparently that was my fault... since i control the drive thru. Never got a refund. Never got the replacement food. NEVER AGAIN!!!! $30...

First off, this is McDonald's. I am not expecting a 5 star meal with amazing people and a quality experience. However, I have never experienced this prior and hope not to in the future. Now for the review: I am giving McDonald's on Bayshore Rd in Cape May, NJ, a 1 star review. As we started ordering food, she put the wrong order down and didn't understand that we wanted it changed. I told her what we wanted instead, and she changed it after a minute of explaining. She also stopped listening to us ordering and was talking in Spanish to herself or someone else. As we were done ordering, she cursed us out in Spanish. When we got to the window, she didn't even say anything. She was very rude.
