A friend and I went to this OG for a late lunch. She has Chicken Alfredo w Broccoli. I ordered the Angel hair pasta w Mushroom Alfredo, added grilled chicken and broccoli to mine We also had the salad and ordered dessert to go. The woman who seated us was very kind and she seated us at a table, not a booth, as requested. There weren't many people in the restaurant as it was 230pm. Our waitress was delightful, helpful and kind. When ordering the salad we requested onions on the side. They were cut in such large chunks, my friend had to cut them down to use them in her salad! The bread sticks were not even warm.. they were stale and hard. Out came pasta after 23 mins. To say it was dry... Was an understatement! Before the waitress had left us, we showed her there was no sauce on the pasta. She insisted there was, that they put a scoop of sauce on it. You can see in the pictures there is no sauce. We requested more sauce on the side for each of us. Mine had mushrooms, hers did not. The waitress returned about 5 minutes later w 2 dishes w our extra sauce in each. They had roughly 1 tablespoon of sauce in each dish. She also brought me regular Alfredo and not the mushrooms kind. Idk ... It was sauce! She left us both wondering what was going on. Soon a shift manager approached us to see how everything was. We explained to her that our dishes arrived to us w no.. or at best Very Little sauce! I told her, I get it, the pasta may have absorbed the sauce some... But this was more than that. I showed her the "extra" sauce we were given and asked her if she felt that was an acceptable amount of extra sauce. She replied, it's better than none at all and we didn't charge you for it! Good thing! She truly didn't care one bit! She was doing her JOB.. (Just Over Broke) going to tables asking how things were and dismissing people! When the waitress came back I had asked for more mushroom sauce.. she came back w the sauce. And if you know anything about Alfredo sauce, you know when it breaks and what it looks like! Here is how the conversation went... That sauce is broken.. Yeah I saw that too. Don't ya have any sauce that isn't broken? No, it's the end of the month and near the end of the month the sauce gets that way! What??? Y'all don't make the Alfredo sauce fresh... Like daily... No we make big batches and use it all month. So when was this sauce made? Idk, I couldn't tell ya.. I just work here as a waitress! WOW! Ok, thanks. What a shitty thing to do to your customers Olive Garden! You serve sauces that were made weeks ahead of time! I have included the pictures of only my food. As for my friend, it's her story to tell if she should choose to do so!! What a sorry, pitiful restaurant! To serve old food like that! For the employees to have no care or concerns for public safety! I will be sure to share my experiences w anyone who wants to listen. I have pictures to back it up! Do Better Olive Garden!

Service was great, everyone was really friendly. The food was very good. The kids split a mozzarella stick appetizer, and i got the artichoke dip appetizer. However, my son didn't care much for the ravioli he got. He took it home in a to-go container. My daughter reheated it at home and said that the ravioli was lacking- they were cheese ravioli and she said that they didn't really have flavor to them, like no seasoning- it just had cheese in them and the cheese wasn't that flavorful. I didn't try them, so I am not sure. I had chicken marsala and the chicken gnocchi soup, which was really great. My daughter got the chicken Alfredo, and she said it was good. Both my kids ate up the breadsticks. My son got the black tie mouse cake, I didn't get a picture, but he really enjoyed it. We had stopped in for dinner on the way home from vacation. It was a lot of food and we had plenty to take home. They do have vegetarian meal options, but we didn't try any of them. Plenty of seating, tables, booths, and seats at the bar, we sat at a table.

Today, I got to have a wonderful dinner at Olive Garden. The restaurant was very clean, had an excellent ambiance with the music playing in the background, and it also had superb staff. I had the never-ending pasta bowl and decided to go with the Fettuccine alfredo with chicken fritta. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the alfredo was thick and creamy. The noodles were cooked to a near perfect Al-dente. I also got the chicken and Gnocchi soup, and it was delicious. I also got a calamari appetizer. It tasted good, but some pieces were a little chewy. If you don't mind that, it's an excellent app. I also need to add that my waiter, Jacob, was very helpful and checked in on me throughout the meal. He made me aware of the special they were running. His positivity made my day. TL;DR this location has excellent staff, good food, and a pleasant environment.

Went here for my birthday with my family. Didn't have to wait long which made it nice to be seated. Now the real train wreck begins...

-Had a new waitress who didn't pay any attention to our orders. -She also was not very attentive to her tables. (i.e. checking for refills or seeing if we wanted more bread, didn't really know the specialties.) The waitress also screwed up one of the orders. Also tried to make it sound like it was "Our" fault when she REPEATED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY DOWN THE LINE! -Had to wait on my drink because we had another waitress bring us a salad and when we asked for refills mine had to wait because she couldn't get it due to it being on the original waitresses "Card". (I had Angry Orchird) -the Food was less then good honestly. The chicken Alfredo I ordered didn't have enough sauce and one of my party didn't even get chicken with his. -the waitress had a bit of an attitude saying "You should of told me sooner" when she was gone for almost 45 minutes. So hard to actually "say" anything at all. When your waitress and staff is no where near by. -when we told them we wanted boxes to go she never brought them out and again said "you should of said something" after saying she would go get them.

Over all the service was.... a nightmare. unattentive had poor communication skills treated the customer less then respectful toward getting our food. was not well informed or trained very well (again not going to roll out she was new but your working with a lot of people and you have make sure your both ok and good at treating customers with respect, dignity and keeping a level head at all times.) the food was... just less then good. they never took the chicken off the order like they said they would. (This was do to a error on the waitress taking the order.) the only redeeming quality was the bread sticks... that's it.

So to be fairly honest if they actually cleaned up their training, took better care of their customers and paid closer attention to the ORDERS when delivering them/preparing them I'd rate this alot hire. It used to be my favorite resteraunt but recently in the past few times eating here I feel it's gone down hill fast. It saddens me because I did really like their food at one point. So if your going to eat here make sure your ready for...

It is my wife's birthday and she chose Olive Garden for take-out for her birthday dinner. She ordered online and we were told to be there by 6:40 for pick up. We got our dinner at 7 and they discounted the bill, which we did not ask for, but they were nice enough to do on their own.

I've been to this Olive Garden before and Olive Gardens in general are pretty consistent. I ordered something new for the first time and unfortunately was reminded as to why I tend to stick to one or 2 menu items.

I tried the Chicken Scampi dinner as I love scampi sauce but can not eat shrimp. I dont recall ever seeing that on the menu before so I was excited. All I have to say is, maybe they forgot to add the scampi sauce? It tastes like nothing. Even the peppers barely add any flavor.

The salad was good. The appetizers were good. My wife enjoyed her dinner though she paid extra to add shrimp to it and the shrimp were not very big as they look more like popcorn shrimp.

My guess is maybe it was a bad day. They looked pretty busy with like 7 other cars awaiting to-go orders along with me so perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed and just forgot to add the sauce....I dunno. I think we'll wait till it's safer to go sit in a restaurant to eat out again and I'll just have to stick to my usual order.

All in all this was a pretty disappointing dinner, shame it had to be for my wife's birthday. Normally this place is solid. Hope next...
