Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This place has gone so down hill since the new general manager took over. Having more buffet times is great.. if they actually had pizzas on the buffet.. all fine and good though, we decided to order off the menu. The menu she handed us was covered in sauce.. I asked for new, she never came back with new she just took the dirty ones away. Our drinks were served to us in dirty cups.. all three of them had little specks of stuff on the inside and outside of the cups. I took about 2 sips before I noticed. And that was the end of that.. she never came back so we could get new drinks. Our silverware looked like it was rolled in their bathroom paper towels? And barely rolled at that. The “napkins” that were wrapping the silverware had dried sauce on them.. the whole place looks like it’s falling apart. The wall where they cut the pizzas has an inch of butter and seasoning caked on it like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The place as a whole has a very overall dirty feeling.. the guy making the food, and clearing tables because there were no clean places for people to sit, wasn’t wearing a beard net or hair net.. they were touching the food they were taking out to the buffet with their bare hands.. there were people sitting there that went up to the buffet 2-3 times and they didn’t even have their drinks.. Everyone in there today looked very lost and like they had no idea what they were doing. We sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on even just breadsticks and based on everything I’ve stated above we decided not to stay. But again no one came to check on us so we never got the bill. Standing at the counter we didn’t even get acknowledged so we left. I do not recommend eating here!! At least not while who they have in charge is still in charge. Disgrace to...

This experience has me fuming. I have never before felt the need to write a review but this was crazy. The pizza took 2 hours to be delivered, which is not great but I’m willing to look past it. An hour and 45 minutes into placing the order, I received a call that the diet sodas we ordered were out of stock, and that the only non sugar option was water (my boyfriend is T1 diabetic). again, annoying but not the end of the world. When the order was finally delivered, we watched the delivery driver leave it outside as requested and we immediately picked it up. The pizza is cold and undercooked. So we decided to call the store to let them know what had happened. The manager would not let us explain what the issue was, insisted that because we selected “leave outside” there is no way to verify that there were any quality issues (even though their delivery driver left the store 15 minutes prior to the call and that does not change the fact it took 2 hours to arrive) and blamed the fact that the store was training new employees. It’s just very frustrating that we tried to be as understanding, respectful, and calm in explaining the issues we had, and it feels that they took advantage of that kindness and blamed us for the issues with our order. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in on a day they were not busy, the restaurant was disgusting, and there was 1 table seated in the corner. Me and my grandmother waited for 10 minutes watching the only worker in sight, who I believe was the manager (assumption made on the way he was dressed), flirt with the 2 women seated in the corner, not even acknowledging us. When he brought them their drinks, they spilled on the tray he was carrying them on, then he gave the drinks to the women, spilled all the liquid on the tray onto the floor, then didn’t clean it up. We started to walk out after seeing that and he was extremely rude to us while we walking out, then he waved us off and continued flirting with the women. I have never in my life been treated with such blatant disregard and disrespect, and to be coming from and employee of one of the most popular dining brands in America, is insane. They need to re-evaluate the people they are hiring, because honestly this location has been going...
