My daughter had some cupcakes delivered to my husband and I for Valentines from this bakery. Unfortunately, when we went to open the carefully packaged cupcakes they were toppled over and needless to say a mess. I know they left the store in perfect condition but I called and spoke to Mycah who apologized for the mishap during delivery. (Door Dash) Mycah told me to go into the store and that she would make me a new order. I went in and was greeted by the owner(I didn’t catch her name) and she immediately made it right! Mycah is well trained in customer service and the owner was so apologetic. Talk about great customer service! My daughter was also happy that here gift was remade! I will definitely share my great customer experience with others! Thank you! BTW they are delicious! Belinda

Went here on a date night with the wife and had a very tasty, relaxed time. We tried out the salted caramel gelato, banana pudding gelato and split a watermelon warhead soda to really excite the taste buds. The gelato was on point and we will definitely be back for more. Also, the pricing was great. We spent $13 on our 3 items, which for just about anything is hard to get away with now. All in all, D'lish is a great way to seal a dinner date, bring the kids for a tasty treat or even just eat your sadness with D'lisheshness. Highly recommend

We've been in before and we're impressed with the quality of cupcakes, cookies and "piefaits." When my son's birthday arrived I looked no further than here for his cake. The 8" black forest was much bigger and substantial than I anticipated. It was moist and fresh, and the service we received was flawless. We are D'Lish fans and recommend this bakery with no reservations. Thank you!

Go! Go quickly to D’Lish to get their amazing cookies!! These are truly the best cookies in all of Lubbock! Homemade just like I would do. The chocolate chip cookie is soft but chewy with a crispy edge. The oatmeal cookies are devine but my favorite is a take on a cowboy cookie called their “coconut pecan oatmeal cookie “. Wow!! Chewy but with crisp edges and oh so fresh!! Oh and my grandsons love their chocolate crinkles! We have tried their cupcakes too which the grandkids love and so many flavors. Wanted to support local and give this place a try. The Gelato is light, soft, creamy, and oh so smooth. We got it to go home with but it might not survive the trip because we can't stop eating it.

I sampled the lemon, tiramisu, espresso crunch, chocolate, and the server's recommended passion fruit. Every.thing.was.perfect. ended up getting the espresso crunch, chocolate, and passion fruit. Espresso crunch is everything you want in a coffee flavored dessert. The chocolate is so fudgy it is just impressive. The passion fruit however, it out of this world!
