Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Lubbock

Foods always great but had a horrible experience going thru drivethru hense the 2 ⭐ review. Decided to go thru the drivethru to save some time. Get up to pay and the cashier decides to run my card multiple times while taking another order resulting in my card getting declined since it went thru the first time but she continued to run it. My bank showed it was a completed and the money already out of my account. They insisted since it showing declined there is nothing they could do. After some shared words it was decided they would give us our food since this happen earlier with another women (like that makes it ok). We got a food, worried it might be messed with, we ate with caution. A few hours later my account was refunded the price of our food. Our guess is the manager saw it was in fact a completed transaction and to be passive aggressive refunded it to me. Great food...

I started this review w a 1 star bc they made my bf and I pull forward and wait about 10minutes for our box combo (4 tenders) while everyone that was in the drive in behind us got their food in a timely manner. It took so long I went inside to ask about our food. The girl in the front acknowledged me but didn’t help, it wasn’t until I’m guessing the manager came out to ask how he could help. Told him that the guy at the window made us pull forward and wait for our food and he ran back to make it fresh for us. Thankful for the manager bc his staff seem to NOT care to do their jobs. I went to Raising Cane’s with my fiancée after a great night out at the movies. We just wanted to grab a Coke since it was one of the only places open late. While we were there, the employee handing us our receipt noticed my phone wallpaper and made an inappropriate comment about how “sexy” my fiancée looked and asked if she was single. When the employee realized my fiancée was actually in the car with me, she then directly asked her if she was single and wanted to “link up.” The whole interaction was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional.
