Update: Things have not improved a year later. This time, I went inside and the employees were bickering at each other. The guy who checked me out was complaining to me about his co-worker, but he seemed to be the problem instead of her. He didnât seem to have enough common sense to understand that if I have a coupon for âbuy a 6-inch, get a 6-inch freeâ, itâs to Subwayâs advantage if I buy a footlong and get a 6-inch free. His co-worker knew immediately what to do, but he wasnât thankful to have her help and continued to stir up strife.

My wife, son, and I tried to go through the drive-thru the other day. The guy on the intercom asked us if we would mind waiting just a moment, to which I replied, "No." However, after waiting around ten minutes, he still hadn't asked for our order. I said something to him, but he didn't answer; so, we backed up (there was no one behind us) a couple of car lengths and drove up to the intercom again.
When coming back to the intercom, the guy asked again if we would mind waiting. I told him we had been waiting about ten minutes already. He said they had "a line out the door" and that there were only two of them working. I said OK.
After waiting another five minutes, we decided to go to Taco Bell instead. As we drove around the building, we looked inside and saw only one customer at the counter. I guess at this Subway they wait on all the inside customers first before helping the drive-up customers.

   Read moreWe ordered online at this store @6:45pm on Christmas Eve. We drove up to the drive through window and waited patiently as no one came to the window for over 15minutes. Then a lady came to the window and immediately told us that we had to come inside to order,Not even a simple hello. I could tell by the tone in her voice and her demeanor that she was extremely furious! As I tried to tell her we ordered online she shut the window in my face as I was only able to get 1 word in. I then proceeded to go inside, where I waited another 30 minutes for my food. Just to get my entire order wrong and soggy and un toasted bread. We asked her if we could get a refund and she said no. Wowwwww!!! She caused an entire crowed to walk out and we were all talking about how rude she was. Maybe she was unfortunate to have to work on Christmas Eve but that wasnât our fault and she ruined our vibe ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! This was so uncalled for. You should not go around treating people like she did tonight and for no fault of ours! She was a really bad representation of your establishment.    Read moreI went through the drive-in and the speaker didn't seem to be working, so I pulled up to the window. The woman that came to the window was not friendly at all and asked me what I wanted. I told her I would like to place an order. I was ordering 3 sandwiches and I placed the order for the 1st 2 sandwiches and asked her if I could look at the menu real quick. She told me she didn't have a menu... So I just ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. I noticed there were 2 cars that came up behind me and the speaker apparently was working, so when she brought my food 20 minutes later, I told her that I was sorry that I just pulled up to the window but that I thought the speaker wasn't working.
