Asked if I could change some of the ingredients of the smoothies, they said "yes." Smothie is $9.99. Took 4 ingredients out (each ingredient costs 0.75cents if you would add it separately) and added 3 new ones ($0.75 each plus extra $1 whey protein). Employer took 4 ingredients out, and just added additional 3x $0.75 and +$1 for whey. When I asked why is she just adding for all of them, she said because you are adding. I asked if they are all the same price, except whey add on +$1 (which I'm totally fine with), she said because you're adding. I explained that I took 4 ingredients out, which all cost the same as the ones I added in, I got an answer that it works like that.
As a collegiate and professional athlete I have had over thousands of protein smoothies in my life, and I know for a fact this smoothies had no double whey protein, no banana, at all. When I make smoothie like this, or order it from business that actually make good smoothies, you almost have to eat it with spoon, how tick it gets. This one was just milk and sprinkle of ingredients. :)

Read moreI have been to vitality bowls several times. Each time they seem to get worse. Originally it was just the customer service but then my bowl was awful! The last few times I've been, the employees cared more about social hour than the customers. This time when I ordered, I asked for no banana and asked to sub it for mango. The lady told me that they can't sub but could charge me for the mango. Then she proceeded to tell me that it wouldn't taste good anyway and how the bowl wouldn't be sweet without the banana (which I understand because bananas are sweet but I'm allergic so it doesn't matter to me). The tone in which she used was rude and not helpful. When they brought me my bowl, it had way to much honey and granola (I've ordered it this same bowl the same way before so I know what it's supposed to be like). I couldn't even finish it because it just tasted like granola and honey. I have continued to go because of the lack of places like this in Lubbock but now I just have an awful taste in my...
Read moreI ordered online, and ordered a bowl and a bottled water. Upon arriving they asked me my name, handed me a bag, and said have a good day. I realized that the bag didn’t have a bottled water in it. On my way back, my bowl also spilled out in the car, but I’m excluding this as super important because I’m not entirely sure if the lid coming off was my doing. When I went back to the store to explain the situation, there was no apology. I was treated like I should’ve known that I was supposed to get the bottled water myself, and she doubted that I bought a bottled water and handed me a cup of water instead. She couldn’t pull up the receipt so I had to go through my email to prove that I bought a bottled water. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for over 2 years now, and would’ve done everything in my power to satisfy the customer. Bad customer service makes me angry and I don’t tolerate it. I should not have tipped. Whoever the owner is should really train the...
