Our organization (a non-profit youth sports booster club) had the absolute worst experience fundraising at this location. I've had great experiences fundraising at the Nacogdoches location and thought we'd have a similar experience in Lufkin (where our booster club is located). This location was less than welcoming to our supporters by rolling their eyes at them upon ordering and failing-repeatedly, to hit the fundraiser button. We drove ALOT of business to this location through our advertising and this should have been a mutually beneficial event. However, the manager made it absolutely miserable and we believe sabotaged our event. She called me during the event to spout made up "corporate policy" regarding unsolicited cash donations from our supporters to our students. Our students never left the sidewalk, did not solicit anyone. We followed their policies by holding signs and welcoming our supporters. We advertised online and via personal invitation. Despite all of this, this location treated us and our supporters rudely and absolutely took advantage of our organization by not giving full credit to us for all of the extra sales we sent their way. As a result, my family will no longer frequent this location nor will several other families from our organization. I cannot urge this enough, as long as Kelly Main is the manager, non-profits from Lufkin should steer clear of Raising Cane's for their...
Read moreEvery time I go to Louisiana to see my family, I always stop here to eat. It’s sort of like a tradition. Some of the workers here know and recognize me when I come in. These select workers also know my order by heart. The food always comes out great, with no problems, and I’ve never had a mistake in my orders from here. They know what they are doing. However, the only thing they need to work on is professionalism with some of their staff. Yesterday, I saw none of the people that knew me, but the ones that were there were rude. They barely acknowledged me, and were cussing left and right loud enough for the dining room to hear. When asked for assistance in ordering, they kind of laughed amongst each other, finished their conversation, and then decided to come let us order. I’ve never had an issue with Raising Canes, being my favorite chicken restaurant, however, it was yesterday where I saw that the management needs to teach their staff professionalism at work. Either way, the food was out fast and...
Read moreFood was good but it seems to be all kids working there. Couldn’t really tell me anything I was asking over the phone about any item or prices. After calling in an order, I still had to wait over an hour in the parking lot & when I called to see what the hold up was bc they’re lobby was closed she answered the phone “Hello” & I was like umm is this Canes?? & she’s like “yeah if this is Samantha then we’ll have your Order out soon” I was like “No this is Tara & I’ve been waiting an hour on my order I called in almost two hours ago. Turns out the bag with my order in it had been sitting on a table in the lobby the whole time, I literally watched one of the workers go pick it up off the table & stand there & keep talking to group of other workers on there phones. Finally I walked up to one of the girls who stands in front of the drive thru & she acted like I was crazy at first then went inside & got my order from the other girl that had been holding it an...
