Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Lumberton

Today, Sunday August 13 I came here. I asked the girl at the front about the price per slice. She said it was .50 so I asked for 10. She then goes to the back and said that they have to add $1 to it. I was confused because the other two times I came I got the same thing w no problem. Then the manager said that they changed stuff around as far as pricing goes. She even asked me who took my order so she could let them know they didn't charge me right. I'm like huh. I haven't been there in over a year. I liked the pizza the other times so I traveled a little bit to get there. So since I traveled so far I didn't want to leave empty handed and got five slices since they were charging me a dollar per slice. Later on when I looked at my receipt I see that they charged me 5 dollars for the 10 slices I originally wanted for .50 per slice. But I thought yall didn't do that anymore. So they basically lied and cheated me. Even though it was for a couple of dollars it still ain't right! I work hard for my money just like everybody else. This is the dirtiest and worst CiCis I have been to. We waited five minutes up front while the workers played around and talked before we were helped. When we made a request for a pizza that wasn’t out they appeared very frustrated and shouted back and forth to tell one another when it was ready. The alfredo sauce was a thin yet chunky mix that appeared to be sitting out too long. The bathroom was disgusting and trashed with vomit on one of the stall floors. The booths were taped in places they had ripped and the insides were visible. The only saving grace was the bus boy who genuinely took the time to talk to us and helped make our trip a little more pleasant. I've eaten here is the past and the food was decent, however I haven't been in years and only went recently because my son wanted to go there. Eating there is a big mistake. I pulled out a fork and it wasn't clean at all. Spegetti sauce was on a few of the forks. I kept pulling forks and they all looked dirty. Skip the salad. 🤮 The pizza wasn't good. They used to have pretty good sticky buns with icing, but this time there was barely any icing. Very disappointed. This seems to be the situation after covid.
