Whataburger — Restaurant in Lyman

I ordered a burger three times at the Duncan location and all three times my pickup order was wrong. The first two times I ordered the burgers with Monterey Jack cheese, but I received American Cheese instead. I didn't bother returning them to the restaurant because I let it go as two unlucky visits. The third time I ordered the burger with Monterey Jack cheese and extra onions. Again, I received the burger with American Cheese and NO onions. How hard is it to get cheese and condiments correct??? This time I did go back for a refund. The manager kindly refunded my money and offered to replace the burger at no charge. I declined. I will never be going back to the Duncan Whataburger. Hire people...

Complete day and night experience between here and any other Whataburger I've ever been to. The one in Anderson absolutely sucks, the one in Spartanburg is barely any better. This is the best one I've ever been to. This should be the flagship training location for all Whataburgers because they suck normally. They still have a delay on receiving delivery orders where the drivers get there before the restaurant even gets the order. That is completely the corporation's fault. There is a 12-minute delay, so if you order delivery from here, expect to wait because your driver will be there 10 minutes before the restaurant ever gets the food. My husband stopped in last night order 2 double meat whataburger meals both meals was not right he asked for grilled onion on both and jalapeños on one burger we got nothing on them we asked for cheese got no cheese and the frys was old and very cold the hamberger meat was cold and tough like it had been In a warmer all day this new whataburger in duncan sucks we will go back to the one in Spartanburg SC it was 1537 East main St we was there at 9/29/2025 at 5:37PM it was $17.69 wasted on cold old food the cashier had the order right called it back to us 3 times but the ones making the food was the problem yall want truthful answers...
