I'll start from the very beginning, me and my fiance thought we would go to Texas roadhouse to spoil ourselves, but they were so busy they had a line out the door and around the building. So we decided hey no biggie, we will just go to our usual place, Logans. We've had great experiences there so far and it's become one of our usual spots. So we go in and the hostess greats as normal and seats us. Ok, great. We ordered drinks and the fried mushrooms. That was where the problem followed. When we got them they we're hot and looked rather tasty. We've never ordered them before (usually we get the fried pickles which are amazing) and thought we would try something different. So I pick one up and go to dip it in the ranch and then I saw a long white or blonde hair in the mushrooms. And we said ok. We will just notify the waitress when she returns. She looked at us twice but never once came our way. Maybe she knew something was wrong, idk. When she returned I told her of the hair. She said ok I will have it replaced for you. We said ok that's cool thanks. When they returned with the shrooms, they were definitely the same ones. They were cold where they had been playing ring around the dining room and eventually made their way back to us. The first time it took about 10 mins to get them. Then when they brought the "new" ones it took like three minutes. At this point my fiance was just mad. So the waitress came back after some tine and he told her I'm pretty sure these are the same mushrooms, to which she replied oh I just gave them back to the cook and I just brought what he gave to me. There was no apology or anything. My fiance said I don't want anything else. Just the bill. Then we got an apology. After about 10 to 15 minutes the manager finally came over with our bill. He told us to our face he could not and did not believe us. Dude. We own three restaraunts. We know how things should be if it was supposedly fresh. But whatever. He just kept telling us he didn't believe that and if we planned on coming back then he would give us some free. We just paid our bill. Explained to him that we know what happened. Even if no one wants to admit it. He genuinely did not care what we thought or care about the fact it even happened. We said we don't want anything free. We just wanted to bring it to your attention. We don't like to accept anything for free, if we come back we will pay for it ourselves. And we definitely don't want something free with that condescending tone we got with how he didn't believe us. First rule in food, believe, listen, apologize, satisfy, thank you. That is what made us the most upset about the whole visit. The fact the manager told us we were liars to our faces. So we paid our bill, left, and was just depressed and no longer hungry after and hour of wasted time over a hair. So much for a...
Read moreWe reserved a table for 8 people days prior to today. We showed up at 6 pm and were seated, the waitress took our drink order and we placed a nacho order and a side salad order. She came back with our waters, then we placed a food order, while ordering we wanted the kids meal with steak bites and she said they were completely out. So I ordered a sirloin steak with rice and corn instead and placed everyone else’s order. We asked for rolls and she said they were in the oven. Around 6:30 the nachos and side salad came out and the rolls. The nachos were really delicious. At 6:45 the table that was seated right behind us were placing their order and asked for a kids meal with steak bites and fries and the waitress never once said they were out. Around 7 pm we still did not have our food the waitress came back around and said sorry we are really busy and short staffed. Mind you the restaurant was not busy at all there were a ton of open tables. I could agree to the short staffing. Around 7:30 we finally got out food. The birthday girl took one bite just to find hair in her food. So when the waitress came back around she told her about the hair in her food then called over the manager on duty after the manager came over to our table she apologized and asked if she wanted a remake or another item, the birthday girl stated she did not want anything else. Then the manager left. The bill was over $130 just for 6 of us. The service was absolutely awful, by the time we received our food which was brought out by another waitress it was like warm and almost cold. She brought us the tab and we paid. As we are walking out the door I asked the manager that came over to our table to tell me her name and she said well there’s two of us on duty, I said you were the one who came to our table, I would like to know your name then she paused and said nothing. So I politely said that I will call corporate. But I wanted to make this review first. For the service and the quality of food and for the price we paid was absolutely unbelievable. I’m extremely upset. I don’t for-see Logan’s lasting to long here in our area if this is the service that is provided to paying customers. Makes absolute sense on why other reviews are so low. Highly recommend new staffing and new management. The food we did order was so dry and had zero taste from the steak, shrimp, corn and rice. And not to even mention the Mac n cheese, wow , Kraft Mac n cheese taste better then that. And maybe hire some new cooks as well. I’ll be calling corporate Monday morning to...
Read moreWe met my son and his new girlfriend at this Logan’s due to it being close to their college campus. Was a Wednesday evening , not very busy. We were seated very quickly. In the bar section all the way in the back. Sort of odd since not many people where there. We sat took waitress a bit to come to us. But ok we were chatting. When she came for our drink orders we all ordered non alcoholic drinks. It was probably 10 minutes before she returned with our drinks. When she did return we were ready to order. We decided on one appitizer and then all ordered their food. Nothing out of the ordinary simple orders. Or that’s what I thought. Another 25 minutes appitizer comes out. Ok great. We were all getting hungry at that point. She had brought rolls but only 3. There were 4 of us. Again ok. It took again about 30 more minutes for our food to begin to come out. First my son and his Girlfriends. His only with one of the sides he ordered, hers looked ok. About 10 minutes later my husbands. He ordered chicken tenders. They had maybe 12 fries with them. My sons other side still missing. No dipping sauce for husbands chicken. My food no where insight. Sons girlfriend asked when food delivered for mustard. Never brought to her. 15 minutes later my food comes out. Looking like something you get from a cafeteria. I had ordered the French dip. It had one thin slice of meat. One transparent piece of cheese on a roll that was last weeks I would guess. I had ordered the chips. There were about 6 chips on my plate. At this point my son asks about his baked potato and was told oh yeah, that’s right it was your potato I could not remember where the potato went. We then finished our food and asked for the check. She was quick with that. My son asked for a little more tea and was given a look that would have put daggers through him. Very unhappy with Logan’s. Not going to be our choice for...
