Came in to get a phone battery replaced. When we got there, we were the only customers. We were told it would take about thirty minutes. We took a seat and waited while one of the two staff members started working on our phone. The store quickly filled up with other customers. The two guys proceeded to deal with each customer on a case by case basis. Quicker matters were settled first while the jobs that took a little longer (like ours) were set aside briefly so that they could clear out the crowd. Perfectly understandable. One woman started to get impatient and asked when she would be attended to. Staff member explained that they would assist her as soon as possible, and informed us that he was ready to ring us up. Unfortunately, he had to move us to the other computer which was in use at the moment by the other guy. Logically, we had to wait. As soon as the computer became available to him, the woman started making demands about wanting to know "how things were done here." Again, he patiently explained that he was the only one trained to deal with her matter, and he was finishing up with us. She proceeded to fly into a Karen outrage, and when two other men stepped into the store, she told them that five other customers had "cut in" ahead of her, "just so they knew". Thankfully, they were perfectly nonchalant and understanding, as most reasonable people should be. All that being said, the staff handled a stressful situation professionally and with a whole lot of self control. I thought I'd jump on here and give them the five stars they deserve before lady in pink got a chance to write them a bad review. Keep up the good...

Went in for a simple check to ensure that a cable was loose for my iPhone display and when it was checked I wasnât all too sure that it was not the real problem and I was told I needed a new screen, to my despair my phone was at this point disembowled and I could not check with other stores to get a second opinion unless I left and paid the 40$ diagnostic fee just to open up my phone. Being stuck I allowed them to do my repairs under te precept that they would wave the fee of diagnostic and I would only pay for the repair. They then began replacing my screen with what looked to be a cheaper edition of my screen and eventually had it all back together after much time and abandoning me a couple of times to assist customers that can be assumed to be of âchoiceâ variety. Then I was asked to pay 160$ and almost had me sign off on it i then argued that the diagnostic fee was to be waved and he argued that it was still to be applied. After bumbling for a few minutes he gave me the proper tots and I paid. I then stood and waited as I had paid for the repairs already I had to wait another 10 minutes for him to realize I was still standing there waiting to put my phone back together. Still not convinced that the OLED display even needed replacing, also they are not Apple certified yet claimed to have top grade diagnostic equipment.    Read moreOrganized store has many types of batteries in stock. They replaced my Android battery. I had to go back on a different day because they don't always have someone that can fix Androids but I think they are always covered for iPhones. The repair person was polite and helpful. I returned for my phone 20 minutes early and he had it done. However I should have checked that the phone could make calls because after I got home, I found it could not, due to lacking the SIM card. I called and they had it at the store. While the battery issue wasn't fatal and I could do it on a convenient time, the SIM card issue was fatal and I needed to immediately return there from Forest, on an evening when I am getting ready to leave town. Food I bought on the first trip I put into the refrigerator and ate later cold. The person that answered the phone was joking but seemed to think I should treat this as my lucky day to get to go back to Wards Road. I wasn't in the mood to enjoy his humor. I appreciated though that when I got to the store, the repair person was right there at the door, apologetic and happy to get me immediately on my way. Mistakes happen, and I did show up 20 minutes before my phone was scheduled to be done. I have my battery replaced in time...
