McDonald's — Restaurant in Lynchburg

The worst McDonald's in this area. If I didn't have to, I would not come here. My husband had a 30 minute lunch break and it took every bit for him just to get his cup for his drink. The kiosks malfunction regularly, and there is rarely anyone at the register to take orders. There is no condiments out and about like ketchup, sugar, etc. if you need something, keep waiting because the workers will pretend they don't see you standing there. The manager does not hire anyone who knows what the hell they are doing I know it's McDonald's but I'm talking general restaurant experience to keep the place afloat. During rush there is a bombard of orders and people standing around not receiving their food because the whole restaurant is literal chaos with more orders being taken then food being pushed out. The employees are rude, and yes the customers can be rude because the service sucks with low quality food and stressful environment. My mcdouble usually comes slapped together with ketchup and grease everywhere non-presentably. The charger outlets are LOCKED UP so go somewhere else if you need to charge your phone. Or in...

The food was good.The only issue was a server that was working the register last Friday that was really disrespectful.Had to report her to the manager. I went to get my soft drink and by the time I returned to the counter someone had taken the coffee I ordered along with my meal. When I mentioned it to her,her reply was I shouldn't have left the counter and then she began over talking me and putting her hand up and saying she didn't want to hear what I was saying and telling me to leave. And she did this in front of other patrons. This was very embarrassing and insulting. I had planned on not ever going back, but I get my breakfast there sometimes before I myself go to work.Anyway, this is the McDonald's on Memorial Ave.in Lynchburg,Va. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot! The location is great, easy to get to and all that. But the facility is disgusting, the tables are sticky and covered in trash and smears, and floor is not clean(or if it is they clean it with a mop dipped in the toilet). Employees act as though they would rather be almost anywhere else in the world..and quite frankly I don't know if I can blame them for that. Service is fast, I will give them that. The drive through is fine. I used to go here frequently and I witnessed three fights break out different times. One of the fights was between the employees, the police had to come for each instance. I was asked for money by customers on multiple occasions and was frequently bothered by them (some of them just randomly came over and started talking to me when I was eating by myself).
