Raven Lounge — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Really beautiful lounge. I think in regards to drink and food offerings, it just doesn’t compare to the Glass House downtown which was formerly a lounge as well. The decorations are gorgeous, and love the theming. They still had a wide range of drink options, but I would love to see an expansion of the cocktail menu. The frozen drinks were very icy but still delicious. Definitely on the sweet side so it’s great if that is what you enjoy.

The performers for the live music were really talented, but unfortunately it was just too loud to enjoy the lounge. We were yelling across the table to hear the people we were with. I cannot imagine how loud it would be if it were very busy in addition to the music. I think I would personally enjoy it more without the live music, or maybe if the music was quieter.

Great place if those are the vibes you are looking for, but I was hoping for something a little more relaxed.

My wife and I decided to stop by for a quick drink and snack, and the place was absolutely incredible. The decor is very nice and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Very small town hangout vibe with some great live music. Very cool spot downtown you really can't miss. Prices were pretty good and while it's not the place you would go to have dinner, it's the perfect place to take a date for some quiet conversation in a great atmosphere. Had a really good time visiting Raven lounge, We came in for a drink and a little bite to eat, Jenee was very welcoming and gave me a couple of great wine recommendations, they have a good selection of non alcoholic beers too. We ordered the charcuterie to share and it was excellent, really good selection of cheeses with a lot of thought put in to it.
