Starbucks — Restaurant in Lynchburg

If I could rate this Starbucks zero stars I would. I just waited 30+ minutes for 1 drink when they put out 15-20 other drinks that were ordered AFTER mine. Then, when I finally get my drink it’s half melted and incorrect! I paid $8 to wait 30+ minutes for a drink to be made incorrectly! Aside from that, every staff member working was completely rude and had very poor customer service skills. I will not be returning to this...

To everyone saying they don't make things fast enough and are constantly out of stuff, please understand that they work with 2 people per shift section and are fast to run out of things because they sell so much of it so quickly (which is GOOD). Unimpressed. Staff was nice, patient and recommended alternatives when they didn't have the drink I came in for. But they didn't have a lot to offer and were sold out of many drinks.
