Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lynchburg

Usually this place is pretty great, fresh food, and welcoming staff. But I came in an HOUR before closing, to grab something quick to eat in, and they seemed to be already closing up early at this point, despite them being open. They took us, made our food, and we took 30 minutes to eat. When we got up, one of the staff members audibly said "ugh, finally" and went to go clean our table immediately, which I found quite rude. Everything was already shut down so I couldn't get any more ice or anything from the machine, they already started to close down everything and they seemed very annoyed by us being there til we left. I'm pretty sure they locked the door before we drove out. This feels extremely unprofessional for a chain restaurant, which has set times to be open and closed, I'd understand if this was a local business but I expect a restaurant with set hours to STAY OPEN those hours. I'd understand if I stayed over the business hours, but i was there until 30 minutes exactly before close. I expected better...

Went here because I got 3 free chicken strips coupon. I just asked about a sandwich and got charged for it. The lady at the register taken orders will charge for stuff you don't want. Got my money back for the extra sandwich that I just asked about. Looked at my receipt what I got home and I got charged for a extra sauce that I didn't order and did not receive. I was placing my order and the girl taking my order stopped and started to help a delivery person there for a order to deliver. Talk about piss poor service this place has that for sure. No wonder they are at the back next to the dumpster from the other restaurant. The service here sure has went down hill from when it first opened. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the food and how budget friendly it was compared to other fast food chains. I got the chicken sandwich meal and it was filling and had good flavor. Only reason for 4 stars is because I burnt my tongue a few bites in. It was EXTREMELY hot! I've never had a chicken sandwich do that before, but it's not their fault, can't complain too much because it was super fresh! My husband got the boneless nuggets with mild buffalo sauce and chicken tenders meal. He enjoyed it and is a big kid with how picky he is. Customer service was good.
