So I order at my local Domino's store tonight expecting the usual great experience. I'm downgrading my normal five star experience to three because of what I noticed tonight when I went to pick up my order. I walk in and am normally greeted just as soon as I walk up to the counter. Instead of the I stand there for five minutes waiting to be acknowledged and while I'm doing that I see who is clearly the manager tonight wiping his nose with the back of his hand and then proceeding to work on food orders. And instead of paying attention to the store he stands there joking around with three other workers who are trying to work on orders but were clearly too interested in joking around. The oven worker walks away from the oven without giving anyone a heads up and leaves three orders being pushed out without anyone standing there, fortunately they were caught before falling. Then when the orders are called as ready the manager is still too busy to notice which left myself and another customer waiting for our order that is sitting on the shelf. If this store has changed management please change it back, service is falling here. Read moreI live in St Mathews with an area code of 40207. This isn't a hard thing for all of my accounts to acknowledge, but for what ever reason, when I tried to use my card at this dominos, I Kept getting denied. The woman who had "Helped" me said she would swipe my card instead of taking my info (which doesn't need my area code btw) when she hadned me back my card she said it was being denied and that i should pay in cash. so I went to an ATM, but turned out, I had been charged twice for the dominos order, and had not recieved my order. The money was confirmed out of my account with a transaction for Dominos of $20 twice. that is $40 total. The order was only supposed to be no more than $13 because of the online coupons used. So I over charged twice for one order that I never received. They said that they would just cancel the order all together and not charge me, but I still haven't seen any of the money back yet.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and after getting someone on the phone I was told to go around my neighbors to check if the food was still there. (I paid a delivering fee to be dropped at my door) Mistakes happen, I get it. But instead of offering to start and deliver a new ordered (which is the very least it needed to happen) I was told that if I wanted my order remade, I would have to come in store to pick up.
