Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

Jersey Mike's on Hwy 77 in Lynn Haven used to be five stars, but lately their bread has been hard, like it's day old bread instead of fresh. They used to have delicious soft bread. When you pay $16.00 or so for a full size sub sandwich, you should not be getting anything inferior. I am really wanting to put two stars but I don't want to be too harsh and I am hoping they will pay attention to what I am saying, but they need to improve their bread and new people need better training. Not just Jersey Mike's but whenever I order anything on an app and it has notes and I want or do not want something in particular, 9 times out of 10 no one ever reads or follows the instructions. Prices are high these days thanks to Joe Brandon the fiasco in the White House, we should definitely get better products and people need to be trained better. Sorry for the rant, it's just that these things have been happening way too...

Been really disappointed in this location lately. Over the past year the service has become too slow. I love Jersey Mike's subs and have been going to various locations for 15 years. From waiting 30 minutes for a sub since they realized they are out of sandwich component, to arriving for your pickup order to sit for 20 minutes + after its pickup time. I don't know what they can do to help this location, but something needs to be changed.

The staff is super friendly and create a good atmosphere, but the last few visits it has been 1 or 2 other customers complaining about their order being wrong or other issues.

Hope It changes soon so I can...

Ah Jersey Mike's...what can I say...perfection!! My husband can't eat gluten....yep, they have a sub for that, and I choose to eat low carb....yep, they have a bowl for that!! Online you can calculate the nutrition of you meal, it's great!!

That was a year ago. But I must say that they seem to have "cheaped" out. The bowl I used to get had a large amount of lettuce...which is really the bulk in the bowl. The last 2 times I've gone have been really weak on the lettuce...which is cheap! They are saving a ton by not having to provide the bread....but if the salad part isn't improved I'll just skip them and make a "bowl" at home....
