BobaLust Alderwood — Restaurant in Lynnwood

Not the best boba place but it's a great place Id recommend. The service and workings have failed to have ever disappointed me over my multiple visits. They're really friendly and nice and easy to approach. They offered me a new drink for free since I didn't enjoy the one I was drinking. I didn't take them up on the offer but it's really nice that they offered.

Drink wise, I would actually not recommend the milk teas here. Funnily enough I would recommend you guys actually stay away from the milk teas. The milk teas here (from my experience) are shockingly average. As much as it hurts to say, the boba pearls are pretty bad. They got hard very quickly compared to pretty much every other place so it felt pretty low quality. However, I'd recommend this place for the other drinks and toppings instead since that's what they excel at in my opinion. They have a ton of other unique and innovative it's a waste to get the basic milk teas and pearls. This includes most of the signature teas and smoothies (signatures especially). You'd find it hard to find good and unique fruit teas in this area outside of Bobalust. You could go here for a while just trying each of the drinks here and you'd get something new each time.

TLDR: milk tea and boba pearls are average and bad. Fruit teas are great, try the signature teas smoothies and slashes.

The staff were so rude, they literally slammed my boba cup down because I had asked for 50% sweetness on my boba. NEVER coming back. Worst bubble tea experience ever. They also made my daughter cry all the way home because they told her “life isn’t fair” when she asked for a bubble tea flavor they were out of. BY THE WAY, she hadnt even known they were out of it. One of the staff was drinking the LAST bit of that flavor!! Right in front of her. Why would any staff member choose to drink the last of something? Located in a strip mall across the street from Alderwood Mall. The Owner/manager was very helpful and friendly in selections of my drink order.

What we ordered: 1.) Jasmine Milk Tea very lite sweetness $5.00 if you like Jasmine Tea order this one…you can definitely taste the Jasmine yum! 2.) Black Sugar $5.00 they do not have and Iced Coffee drinks but this is a great substitute.
