Our last visit to this Target left a sour taste in my mouth. We went to purchase a Chicco Keyfit stroller and due to the fact that it was bigger and expensive item, the lady that got it for us told us she would have it upfront in customer service for us and she put my husbandâs name on it and all we had to do was tell the cashier and they would get the stroller for us from customer service. If you have been to this Target you know that it is always crazy busy so we had to wait in a long line to pay for our items and once it got to be our turn the cashier said that he couldnât get our stroller and that my husband had to go to customer service to purchase it there, we paid for the rest of our items and had to go stand in another long line and when it was finally our turn my husband let the girl know that we had a stroller on hold that we needed to pay for and she said it wasnât there and that nobody had said anything to her about it, she didnât even bother looking and the stroller was right by where my husband could see it with my husbandâs name on it. Then the girl âpretendedâ to look and said she didnât find it and finally my husband pointed the stroller out and said that it had his name on it, it did. My husband kept his cool the entire time was not once disrespectful even though the girl was very rude and condescending. We payed and left. If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would rate this Target. I am really unimpressed by how judgy and rude the associates that work there are. I will not be returning to this Target ever again.
On a side note if you do for some reason end up shopping here, avoid the Starbucks inside at all costs. I had the worst caramel Frappuccino I have ever had in my life, the girls were more focused on their conversations than on the drinks they were making. Not only that but I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my drink. It was so watered down, I was so disappointed that I...
Read moreStarbucks in-store review: me and my children walk up smiling and look at cake pops. My kids want the same one, but there is only one of each. I ask very politely while smiling if "what you have displayed is what we have to choose from?". She doesn't answer and just GLARES at me. I feel rude so I ask (sounding like a "blonde" if you will) very bubbly and nice "is this what we have to choose from? It's perfectly fine if so, just wondering". She's staring pretty rudely at me, squinting her eyes. Now, at this point I'm thinking, "you didn't even greet us or say how can i help you?". Now my kids finish looking at the cake pops and we're just stating at eachother for a full minute or 2!! I'm shocked, I felt like I was being rude, but she's the cashier whose started the whole thing and can't even say Hello!!. My kid asks her for a cake pop and she is clearly annoyed, she throws her hands up and says "what's there is what we have". WOW, there was no misreading of our behavior, we were being so nice. Now she's going between staring at me, and looking off into the distance. Another staff member walks up and asks if she can help me with anything (from an outside perspective it seems like I'm being rude, even tho WE'RE BOTH STARING). I ask for what I want and I don't take my eyes off of this rude cashier. Now I'm upset. I finish my order, she doesn't say a word, puts receipt on counter and starts grabbing our order so angrily. The other staff is clearly concerned and tries to calm her down (rubbing her back, begging her to take a break while they cover for her). I'm in shock!!. The entire time the crew is looking at me like I am the problem!! WHAT?!?. Of course she puts food down and walks away. My kids are humiliated by now. 0 stars. This is such a weird experience that some would think is "looking too much into it" but the treatment I received was notOKAY, in front of my...
Read moreI was looking for a red hoodie sweat jacket for my son and went to my local store. They didn't have the size I needed so they offered to call the Lynnwood store to see if they had one. A young man went to check and came back to the phone and confirmed that they did have the same hoodie in the size I needed. I could hear him on the phone and asked again to confirm the size and he confirmed it was a medium. He then said he would pull the hoodie and asked me what name it should be held under and I gave him my name and he said it would be held until closing today. I really needed the hoodie so my son and I drove up there immediately. When we arrived we went to Guest Services and after the woman looked for it, we were told it wasn't there and to try looking on the rack. We went back to men's dept, found the rack with the red Hanes hoodies and no mediums. I asked a woman working there if she knew of the hoodie. She didn't find it and offered to look in the back. She never found it and said she thought the guy who my store had talked to had just clocked out. She took my name and phone number and said she would give it to his something somethin something (3 initials) and he would also be in today and they would call me. It is now 5:25 PM, and I just called the Lynnwood store since I hadn't heard anything and still nothing. I know it's just a red, zip up Hanes hoodie, but I'm pissed I had to drive all that way for nothing. Three hours of wasted time that I'm not going to get back and...
